Warranty Statement. All products are guaranteed to be free of defective materials and workmanship, and are covered under warranty subject to the following terms and conditions. Unless stated otherwise as an Extraordinary Warranty Period, the Warranty Period for all equipment supplied from Ampac Dental Pty Ltd is 1 Year from date of original invoice. Warranty Statement. A. Product warranty period is defined by the warranty code appearing on quotations, as described in the "Warranty and Installation Classification Table" below or is available upon request.
Warranty Statement. CARDSERVICE warrants that in carrying out its obligations hereunder, the information originated and transmitted to BANK by CARDSERVICE or its sub-contractors shall be accurate and the services shall be performed with due care.
Warranty Statement. The Products which are designed by Feenics for use with hardware, when properly installed on that hardware, are warranted not to fail to execute their programming instructions due to defects in materials and workmanship. If Feenics receives notice from VAR of such defects during the Warranty Period, Feenics shall repair or replace such Products which do not execute their programming instructions due to such defects. Feenics does not warrant that the operation of the Products shall be uninterrupted or error free.
Warranty Statement. This warranty is a statement of services we will provide in specified circumstances. We offer only those services and accept liability only to repair or replace your product as described in this document. We do not warrant that your product will not fail. No charge is made for this warranty and we are not entering into a contract with you. By offering this warranty we accept no liability for providing any additional services or for paying any kind of damages or compensation for losses or injury of any kind resulting from any product failure or for any non-conformity with specification or for any delays or failures in providing the warranty services (even if Epson has been advised of the possibility of such losses) whether these are direct, indirect, special or consequential. If in any case Epson does have a liability we do not accept any liability for (i) any loss of profits or use or for the restoring or recovering of any data corrupted or lost or (ii) any amount greater than the price paid by you for the product. In countries which do not allow liability for certain kinds of damages to be limited or excluded, some or all of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Warranty Statement. 6.1. The Rights Holder hereby warrants and guarantees the integrity of data written to the tangible media, functional operability of the equipment and software constituting the distribution kit of the PACKAGE written to a tangible medium, compliance of PACKAGE components with the applicable specifications, and due quality of electronic or printed documentation. The warranty shall be valid provided that the PACKAGE or its components covered by the transferred rights are used in conjunction with the hardware and operating systems intended by the developers as stated in the Operating Instructions. Except for the above, the PACKAGE is supplied “as is”. The Rights Holder does not guarantee that the PACKAGE is bug-free, nor shall it be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of expected profit or confidential information resulting from the use of the PACKAGE, including those caused by any potential errors or misprints in the technical documentation provided in electronic or printed form.
Warranty Statement. Cardservice warrants that in carrying out its obligations hereunder, the information originated and transmitted to Tehama County Bank by Cardservice or its sub-contractors shall be accurate and the services shall be performed with due care.

Contractor warrants that Product(s) furnished pursuant to this Contract shall, when used in accordance with the Product documentation, be able to accurately process date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, and sequencing) from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000, including leap year calculations. Where a purchase requires that specific Products must perform as a package or system, this warranty shall apply to the Products as a system. In the event of any breach of this warranty, Contractor shall restore the Product to the same level of performance as warranted herein, or repair or replace the Product with conforming Product so as to minimize interruption to Authorized User’s ongoing business processes, time being of the essence, at Contractor’s sole cost and expense. This warranty does not extend to correction of Authorized User’s errors in data entry or data conversion.

Warranty Statement. Every consumable product provided by Applied Biosystems is guaranteed to perform as specified for one year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise indicated on the product label.
