Warehouse Services. Pactiv will provide Xxxxxxxx with the Warehouse Services at the Warehouses listed on Schedule 1-A. The amount of Warehouse storage in cubic feet available to Xxxxxxxx at each Warehouse on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Service Expiration Date for each Warehouse are listed on Schedule 1-A. The terms and conditions of providing, using and paying for the Warehouse Services are set forth in Schedule 1-B. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Pactiv may, but will not be required to, perform Services at a Warehouse that would require, involve or result in Pactiv having to perform Services at a Warehouse or otherwise operate its business in a materially different manner than how Pactiv performed Services at the Warehouses for Xxxxxxxx, and Pactiv operated its business, during the trailing twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Effective Date. By way of example, Pactiv will not be required to perform Services at a Warehouse or otherwise operate its business in compliance with a new standard or other requirement adopted by Xxxxxxxx or any of its customers unless Pactiv has expressly agreed to do so in the SOPs or in a signed written amendment to this Agreement

Warehouse Services. The Service Provider, as an independent contractor, agrees to perform the services set forth below for the benefit of the Company from time to time. The duties of the Service Provider with respect to each Facility shall commence upon the Company’s delivery of a copy of the executed Facility Documents to the Service Provider.
Warehouse Services. 1. If Flextronics does not provide the “in-bound freight forwarding service”, PANW shall ensure that Flextronics receives a minimum of twelve (12) hours advanced notice of shipments scheduled for delivery to the Flextronics Facility.
Warehouse Services. (a)Unless otherwise agreed, the Warehouse Overtime Charge covers any inbound or outbound warehouse services outside of TC Trading’s normal warehouse hours of Monday-Friday, except holidays, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Warehouse Services. Flextronics will check the Goods against shipping documents and incoming inspection criteria as agreed to by both parties. Any discrepancies in quantity, observable defects in the external packaging of the Goods, or discrepancies against inspection criteria will be reported. For the purposes of this Agreement, “observable defects” shall mean only those defects plainly and readily visible to the human eye and requiring no technical skills or background to discover upon visual inspection. Inspections beyond the extent noted above may require an adjustment to pricing as agreed to by both parties prior to implementation of such a change.
Warehouse Services. XXXX INVENTORY: SASH will provide XXXX inventory - Warehouse Support Services. SCOPE OF SERVICES SASH will: • Bill TCID based on Material Inventory Management System (XXXX); and • Approve replenishment requests in order to maintain an adequate stock level for TCID. TCID will: • Reimburse SASH for items issued through the XXXX system; and • Reimburse SASH for items issued from the warehouse within 30 days of receipt of billing.
