When a child becomes 18 years of age, the child will have an opportunity to take over the management of their healthcare, with or without the participation of their parent or guardian. By using the Patient Portal, you are representing to Hixny that you are 18 years of age or older or the parent/guardian of a child under the age of 10. Hixny will not be liable for any damages that may result from a misrepresentation of age by a user.
