Virtual Items. You understand that at times you may earn buy or purchase virtual tokens for use in the Services (Virtual Items). You agree and acknowledge that you do not in fact own the Virtual Items and the amounts of any Virtual Item do not refer to any credit balance of real currency or its equivalent. Rather, you may purchase or earn a limited right to exchange Virtual Items for a limited license to use certain features of the Services. Any virtual token balance shown in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value, but instead constitutes a measurement of the extent of your ability to procure such limited license to use certain features made available via the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, from time to time Parler may make available a feature where Virtual Items may be redeemed for cash. Parler prohibits and does not recognize any purported transfers of Virtual Items effectuated outside of the Services, or the purported sale, gift, or trade in the real world of anything that appears or originates in the Services, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Parler in writing. Accordingly, you may not sublicense, trade, sell, or attempt to sell Virtual Items for real money, or exchange Virtual Items for value of any kind outside of the Services, without Parler’s written permission. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void and will subject your account to termination. You are responsible for all taxes arising out of your use of the Services, including without limitation any taxes due upon your redemption of the Virtual Items for cash. If you redeem Virtual Items for cash, you may be required to supply a social security number and/or tax identification number prior to the issuance of the cash redemption to you. Parler may file an IRS form 1099 or similar form with the Internal Revenue Service or the appropriate tax filing with a governmental entity for the fair market value of any cash redemptions issued to you in exchange for the Virtual items.
Virtual Items. Project Zero owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears in the Service or in Project Zero games. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, you agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Service, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in any Project Zero game, whether earned in a game or purchased from Project Zero, or any other attributes associated with an Account or stored on the Service.
Virtual Items. GolfStatus owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears in the Service. Accordingly, you may not trade, sell or attempt to sell virtual items or currency for “real” money, or exchange those items or currency for value of any kind outside of the Services, without GolfStatus’s written permission. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and will subject your Account to termination.
Virtual Items. 7.1 The main feature of the App is your ability to enjoy live and pre-recorded digital performances in augmented reality (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items. The Service may make available virtual digital items, including digital points (“Tokens”), which enable users to play games on the Service and “Tickets”, which users may be able to collect by playing games, inviting new users to the Service, or through such other methods as permitted by us from time to time (collectively, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items may be purchased by a user in quantities and prices determined by us at our discretion. Users can only obtain Virtual Items in accordance with these Terms and through methods approved by us, which methods we will determine and update from time to time at our sole discretion. We may impose limits or modify limits on the number of Virtual Items that you may purchase or hold at any time. All non-standard transactions between users related to Virtual Items are prohibited.
Virtual Items. From time to time, you may be able to purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, revocable license to use "virtual items", including but not limited to Gifts (collectively, "Virtual Items"). Any Virtual Item balance shown in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value, but instead constitutes a measurement of the extent of your license. Virtual Items do not incur fees for non-use, however, the license granted to you in Virtual Items will terminate in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, when Let’s Relate ceases providing the Service or your account is otherwise closed or terminated. Let’s Relate, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to charge fees for the right to access or use Virtual Items and/ or may distribute Virtual Items with or without charge. Let’s Relate may manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items at any time. Let’s Relate shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Let’s Relate exercises any such rights. Virtual Items may only be redeemed through the Service. ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The provision of Virtual Items for use in the Service is a service that commences immediately upon the acceptance of your purchase of such Virtual Items. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT LET’S RELATE IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND IN RESPECT OF VIRTUAL ITEMS FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.
Virtual Items. You may purchase with “real world” money a limited, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable virtual currencies, including but not limited to virtual cash, in-game coins and all other kinds of in-game monies, all for use in the games; (a) virtual in-game items (virtual currency and virtual in-game items referred to collectively as “Virtual Items”); and (b) other goods or services within the Services for your personal and non-commercial entertainment. You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Items from authorized partners of Metania Games, not in any other way. All rights, title and interest in and to the Services (including without limitation any games, applications, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, names, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts and server software) are owned by or licensed to Metania Games, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under applicable laws and international conventions. You understand that Metania Games has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate Virtual Items and may revoke your access to them at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Metania Games shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that Metania Games exercises any such rights. You have no claim, right, title, proprietary or ownership interest in any of the Virtual Items regardless of any consideration paid for those virtual items. Except when explicitly authorized by Metania Games, (i) transfers of Virtual Items to other users are strictly prohibited; (ii) outside of the Services, you may not buy or sell any Virtual Items for “real world” money or otherwise exchange items for value; and (iii) Metania Games does not recognize any such purported transfers of Virtual Items or the purported sale, gift or trade in the “real world” of anything that appears in the Services. Any attempt to do any of the foregoing is in violation of these Terms of Services and will result in an automatic termination of your rights to use the Virtual Items and may result in termination of your account.
