User Materials. You represent as of the date you submit User Materials for a Card to Stripe for review, and warrant at all times during the Term, that you have the necessary rights in and to the User Materials to use (and grant Stripe the rights to use) the User Materials on the Cards and other materials related to the Stripe Issuing Program. You grant to Stripe and its Affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence during the Term to use the User Materials on Cards and applicable Stripe Issuing Program materials. You also grant to Stripe and its Affiliates the right to sublicense these rights to third parties that Stripe engages to create Cards and applicable Stripe Issuing Program materials.
User Materials. The User Materials and the use by User of the User Materials in conjunction with the Services and Project Data will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any other person or entity.

Company’s aforementioned rights in the User Material shall continue in perpetuity absent Your notice to Company in writing (email shall suffice for such purposes) that You no longer wish to be listed on the Website and/or Apps. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall have, and You hereby grant Company, a perpetual non-exclusive license to Your name and likeness for archival purposes and to display it on any portion of its Website that lists prior ZyDoc clients. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall not use any of Your protected healthcare information (“PHI”) related to the User Materials in any manner that violates any applicable laws, including without limitation, HIPAA.
User Materials. You must make available all user materials required to enable users to use the solution in ICT Agreement – Core Terms accordance with the agreement. You must maintain and update the user materials throughout the period of the agreement.

You grant Hexagon the perpetual, irrevocable, fully sub licensable, worldwide, royalty-ͲfͲree and non-ͲeͲxclusive license(s), as applicable, to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display the User Materials (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the User Materials into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
User Materials a) With respect to Materials You provide to Hexagon in connection with Your use of the Services (“User Materials”), Hexagon may provide the User Materials to the appropriate Participating Agency(ies). You grant Hexagon the perpetual, irrevocable, fully sub licensable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable, to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display the User Materials (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the User Materials into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
User Materials. User may supply samples, intellectual property or other materials (collectively, the “Material”) to University.

CitiBusiness Online services and the manner in which they will be provided are described within the CitiBusiness Online Enrollment Form, the CitiBusiness Online Maintenance Form, CitiBusiness Online Help and the terms and instructions appearing on a screen when using CitiBusiness Online (collectively, “User Materials”). The User Materials are an integral part of this Agreement.
