Use of Client Name. Patheon will not make any use of Client’s name, trademarks or logo or any variations thereof, alone or with any other word or words, without the prior written consent of Client, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Despite this, Client agrees that Patheon may include Client’s name and logo in customer lists or related marketing and promotional material for the purpose of identifying users of Patheon’s Manufacturing Services.
Use of Client Name. EdTec may identify Client as a client in EdTec’s marketing materials.

Use of Client Name. U.S. Bank may refer to Client as a party to whom U.S. Bank provides prepaid cards in its promotional materials or in its responses to requests for proposals to provide services substantially similar to those provided under this Agreement.

TouchNet may identify Client by name, without use of any mark or logo, and solely as a matter of fact, as a customer of TouchNet Services in the customer section of TouchNet’s website and in its customer lists with Client’s prior written consent. TouchNet may also use Client’s name and logo to provide the TouchNet Services to Client. TouchNet will not express or imply any endorsement by Client of TouchNet or the Services without Client’s written consent.
Use of Client Name. Unless informed to the contrary by Client in writing, RERC may use the name of Client in promotional materials, provided no reference is made to the services performed or properties involved.
Use of Client Name. Except as permitted by Section 7, you may not use the name “Client” or any other variation unless you first obtain our written consent. You may not, in any reproduction of the Materials or otherwise, assert or imply that Client endorses the Publication, any of the Publication’s text, or any commercial product.
