Integrator hereby confirms that it has the ability to access, has accessed and has read, the information made available by Cisco at all of the world wide web sites/URLs/addresses/pages referred to anywhere throughout this Agreement (including any of the Exhibits hereto). Integrator acknowledges that Cisco may modify any URL address or terminate the availability of any information at any address without notice to Integrator.

Accordingly, YPC may at any time obtain budget-based search engine and online marketing advertising packages from a third-party provider in addition to, or in lieu of, the Budget Packages provided by Marchex Local. In addition, during the PA Term, YPC may notify Marchex Local of its intention to provide the following Services relating to the Budget Packages, or obtain such services from a third-party provider, on a piecemeal basis (“Substitute Services”): ***. Customer hereby confirms that it has the ability to access the information made available by Cisco at CCO and the world wide web sites/URLs/addresses/pages referred to in Section 18.0 or Exhibit S of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions found on such websites/URLs/addresses/pages shall apply to this Agreement only to the extent they are not inconsistent with any of the express terms and conditions of this Agreement. Customer acknowledges that Cisco may modify any URL address or terminate the availability of any information at any address without notice to Customer. 26.8 SURVIVAL. Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, the license to use the Software set out in Section 9 and Exhibit S (subject to the termination provisions set forth in Exhibit S) and Exhibit B-1 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
URL. The applicant shall treat the user ID, the related password and the content of DENIC's password-protected webpages providing information about the DENIC membership strictly confidential. The applicant shall further not disclose to any third party any of the information provided on these webpages and restrict disclosure of this information within their business to those employees for whom direct access to this information is imperative to perform their duties. If not already stipulated in their employment contract, the applicant shall commit their staff to absolute confidentiality. The applicant shall further pay a penalty to DENIC for any violation of this Agreement, amounting to EUR 6,000 for each individual case of violation; objection of continuation of offence shall not be applicable. Such penalty shall be paid without prejudice to any possible claim for damages. Should the applicant fail to comply with these obligations, DENIC shall have the right to block access to the website without any further formality or notice. The competent court for any legal dispute arising out of this Agreement (insofar as the applicant is a commercial entity) shall be the local court at the place of residence of DENIC.
