Unit Assignment Sample Clauses
The Unit Assignment clause establishes the process by which a party may transfer or assign their rights or interests in a specific unit, such as a condominium or apartment, to another party. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which assignments are permitted, such as requiring the consent of the property owner or association, and may specify any fees or documentation needed for the assignment to be valid.
