Unfilled Orders Clause Samples

The Unfilled Orders clause defines how orders that have not yet been completed or delivered are to be handled under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding outstanding orders, such as whether they will be fulfilled, canceled, or subject to renegotiation if the contract is terminated or expires. For example, it may specify that all unfilled orders placed before termination must still be delivered according to the original terms. The core function of this clause is to provide clarity and prevent disputes about the status of pending orders when the contractual relationship changes or ends.
