Underlying Agreement. “Underlying Agreement” means the County contract for goods or services made through the County’s procurement office which the parties have entered into and which the County has determined requires the execution of this Business Associate Agreement.
Underlying Agreement. “Underlying Agreement” shall mean the Agreement between the County and the Business Associate, to which this Addendum is attached and incorporated.

Underlying Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge that (i) this Agreement is intended to supersede and therefore, terminate the Underlying Agreement, (ii) that, as of the date hereof, the Underlying Agreement and any and all amendments or addenda thereto shall be of no further force or effect, including any and all provisions therein intended to survive the termination of such agreement and (iii) that neither the Company nor Consultant have any further obligations pursuant to the Underlying Agreement and any and all amendments or addenda thereto. The Company acknowledges and agrees that is shall pay Consultant in accordance with his current payment schedule pursuant to the Underlying Agreement through the Effective Date.
Underlying Agreement. “Underlying Agreement” shall mean that certain Consultant Services Agreement, effective , 20 , by and between the Parties, including any and all subsequent amendments thereto.
Underlying Agreement. Customer agrees to purchase wireless mobile Services and Devices from T- Mobile and T-Mobile agrees to provide the Services and Devices to Customer based on the prices listed below. The terms of Customer’s purchase and use of the Services will be governed by NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement No. MA176 (“Master Agreement”).
Underlying Agreement. The Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2007, among CWALT, Inc., as depositor, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., as seller, Park Granada LLC, as a seller, Park Monaco Inc., as a seller, Park Sienna LLC, as a seller, Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, as master servicer, and The Bank of New York, as trustee, related to Alternative Loan Trust 2007-18CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-18CB, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Underlying Agreement. This Warrant is issued in furtherance of the terms of that certain “Stock Purchase And Share Subscription Agreement” executed by and between the Company and the Investor dated December 23rd, 2021.
