Unauthorized Copying. You shall not, and shall not cause or authorize others to record, copy or duplicate any programming or other material we furnish pursuant to this Agreement, in whole or in part, and you shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent any such recording, copying or duplication. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Station is located in the Mountain Time Zone you may pre-record WB programming for later broadcast at the times scheduled by us. You shall erase all such pre-recorded programming promptly after its scheduled broadcast. Notwithstanding the above provisions, Station may make a non-broadcast quality recording of its entire broadcast day for archival, file and reference purposes and uses only, which copy shall be kept in Station's possession at all times.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Station is located in the Mountain Time Zone, Licensee may pre-record programming from the satellite feed for later telecast at the times scheduled by Fox. Licensee shall erase all such pre-recorded programming promptly after its scheduled telecast.
Unauthorized Copying. Licensee agrees that it will not copy, modify or -------------------- reproduce the Software in any way except as provided for herein. Licensee agrees to notify Licensor promptly of any circumstances of which Licensee has knowledge relating to any unauthorized use or copying of the Software by any person or entity. Licensee agrees to take, at Licensee's expense, but at Licensor's option and under Licensor's control and discretion, any legal action necessary to prevent or stop the unauthorized use of the Software by any third party that has accessed the Software due to Licensee's fault or negligence.
Unauthorized Copying. You will not make any unauthorized copies of patient information, and will not save any information relating to patients or iMD Health Services to portable media devices (Floppies, ZIP disks, CDs, PDAs, and other devices).

Subject to the provisions of paragraph 9.1 of the principal portion of this Agreement, Licensee shall not, and shall not permit others to, record, copy or duplicate any programming or other material furnished by UPN hereunder, in whole or in part, and shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent any such recording, copying or duplicating. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Station is located in the Mountain Time Zone, Licensee may pre-record programming from UPN’s satellite feed for later telecast at the times scheduled by UPN. Licensee shall erase all such pre-recorded programming promptly after its scheduled telecast and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of paragraph 9.1 of the principal portion of this Agreement. Nothing in this paragraph 13 shall in any way authorize Licensee to telecast any Network Program more than the number of times specifically authorized by UPN.

Customer agrees to notify FB promptly of any circumstances of which Customer has knowledge relating to any unauthorized use or copying of the Products and Services by any person or entity not authorized to do so. Customer agrees to take, at Customer’s expense, but at FB’s option and under FB’s control and discretion, any legal action necessary to prevent or stop the unauthorized use of the Products and Services by any third party or entity who or which has accessed the Products and Services due in substantial part to Customer’s fault or negligence. Customer agrees to take, at FB’s expense, but at FB’s option and under FB’s control and discretion, any legal action necessary to prevent or stop the unauthorized use of the Products and Services by any third party or entity who or which has accessed the Products and Services where this has occurred without substantial fault or negligence by the Customer.
Unauthorized Copying. RESELLER agrees that it will not copy, modify or reproduce the PROGRAMS in any way, except as otherwise provided herein. However, RESELLER is not responsible for the disclosure, use, modification or copying of the PROGRAMS by its customers or any other third party so long as RESELLER had no prior knowledge that its customers or any other third party intended to disclose, use, modify, or copy the PROGRAMS. RESELLER agrees to notify GALACTICOMM within 3 business days of any circumstances RESELLER has knowledge relating to any unauthorized use or copying of the PROGRAMS by any person or entity not authorized to do so.
