Unauthorized Activities. Without limiting the obligations of the Trust set forth under this Agreement, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Trust to take any action contrary to its Trust Agreement or Certificate of Trust or any applicable statute, regulation or rule of any exchange or self-regulatory organization.

Unauthorized Activities. Without limiting the obligations of the Company or the Administrator set forth under this Agreement, nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Company or the Administrator to take any action contrary to its organizational documents or any applicable statute, regulation or rule of any exchange or self-regulatory organization.
Unauthorized Activities. Vendor may not promote, host or participate in any event, conference, meeting, party, reception, hospitality suite, social activity or outdoor/mobile exhibit for and/or with event attendees, whether on-property or off-property, without a properly executed NCSI contract and the express written permission of NCSI and the hosting government organization. Vendor must provide NCSI, along with this contract, a detailed written description of the proposed activity. Activities must comply with all applicable laws, government regulations, venue rules and NCSI policies. The Vendor agrees to pay NCSI the fee stated in the published rate schedule (or the equivalent thereof) for any unauthorized activities at this event.
Unauthorized Activities. 11.1. It is not permitted to use the services of the Company for an activity that is not authorized. In using the services of the Company, you agree and acknowledge that you will not use our products and services for any Unauthorized Activity. Unauthorized Activity means any act, including but not limited to:
Unauthorized Activities. Purchaser agrees not to, nor authorize any third party to, engage in any of the following activities: (i) disassemble, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile, or reverse-assemble the Covered Hardware or an items provided hereunder (collectively “Materials”), (ii) separate, extract, or isolate components of the Materials or subject the Materials or components thereof to any analysis not expressly authorized in the Documentation, (iii) gain access to or attempt to determine the methods of operation of the Materials, or (iv) transfer to a third-party, or grant a sublicense to, any Software or any third-party software provided hereunder. Purchaser further agrees that the contents of and methods of operation of the Materials are proprietary to Seller and the Materials contains or embodies trade secrets of Seller.
Unauthorized Activities. Section 1. It is understood and agreed that the Union shall have no financial liability for unauthorized acts of its members which the Union cannot control. You that a violation of these Terms results in a problem for us and to hire attorneys to defend us if you violate these Terms. You also agree to pay any damages that we may end up having to pay as a result of your violation. You alone are responsible for any violation of these Terms by you. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in that case you agree to cooperate with our defense in the matter.
