Trial Software Sample Clauses

Trial Software. “Trial Software” is Server Software that is licensed to You for the purpose of internal evaluation and testing of the Server Software only. You may not distribute or deploy such Trial Software outside Your testing environment. In no event shall You use the Trial Software for development, production or commercial purposes.
Trial Software. If the Software is identified by iGrafx as trial software (“Trial Software”), Customer’s use of the Software is restricted to evaluation only and is not for production use. Customer’s license rights to such Trial Software shall expire on the last day of the period specified within the Software. Upon the expiry of the trial period, Customer’s license to use the Trial Software shall expire unless Customer purchases a non-trial version of the Software. Customer agrees not to attempt to circumvent any expiry date technology or time bomb mechanism or other use restricting mechanism contained within the trial Software, and any such attempt shall constitute a breach of the Agreement by Customer. Trial Software is provided “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, MAINTENANCE, OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE TRIAL SOFTWARE. WITH RESPECT TO TRIAL SOFTWARE, IGRAFX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK FOR ITS USE OF THE TRIAL SOFTWARE.
Trial Software. If the Software is installed without a Serial Number then, notwithstanding other sections of this License, you may use the Software for up to 30 days after installation, but may not redistribute any Redistributables.
Trial Software. If the PRODUCT is installed without a PRODUCT KEY, then notwithstanding other sections of this XXXX, LICENSEE may use the PRODUCT for 30 days for evaluation purposes only and may not redistribute any REDISTRIBUTABLES.

The Trial Software may be designated by Actian as pre-release or beta software, may contain faults, and Actian is under no obligation to make pre-release or beta software commercially available at any time.
Trial Software. OmniSci may, in its discretion, provide access to “pre-release” or “trial” software (collectively, “Trial Software”). Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order (a) all Software is Trial Software, (b) You may only use Trial Software on a non-production basis for no more than 30 days, and (c) OmniSci may terminate your license to use such Trial Software at any time upon written notice. In addition, the following Sections of this Agreement do not apply to Trial Software: 3.1 (Support Services), 7.1 (Limited Warranty), and 8.1 (Indemnity by OmniSci).

Trial Software. PickNik may make available certain Software or Software features on a no-charge basis and/or may identify Software or Software features as “Trial”, “Lite”, “Alpha”, “Beta”, “Preview”, “Evaluation” or other identifiers with similar meanings (each, “Trial Software”). Trial Software may be generally available or may be made available by invite only. Despite anything to the contrary in this Agreement: (a) Customer may choose to access or use Trial Software in its sole discretion; (b) Trial Software may not be supported and may be changed at any time without notice; (c) Trial Software may not be as reliable or available as the Software; (d) Trial Software may not have been subjected to the same testing, auditing, or quality assurance measures to which other Software has been subjected; and (e) PICKNIK WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH TRIAL SOFTWARE – CUSTOMER’S USE OF TRIAL SOFTWARE IS AT ITS OWN RISK.
Trial Software. (a) If the End User uses a trial version of the Software (the “Trial Software”), this section applies to the End User. All other sections of this Agreement, excluding section 8 for reasons stated below, apply in relation to any End User using the Trial Software.
