Trial Programs. You may order trial Programs, or Oracle may include additional Programs with Your order which You may use for trial, non-production purposes only. You may not use the trial Programs to provide or attend third party training on the content and/or functionality of the Programs. You have 30 days from the Commencement Date to evaluate these Programs. To use any of these Programs after the 30 day trial period, You must obtain a license for such Programs from Oracle or an authorized reseller. If You decide not to obtain a license for any Program after the 30 day trial period, You will cease using and promptly delete any such Programs from Your computer systems. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and Oracle does not provide technical support or offer any warranties for these Programs.

To use any of these Programs after the 30 day trial period, You must obtain a license for such Programs from Oracle or an authorized reseller. Trial Programs. The City may wish to establish a trial bag drop program to see if there is sufficient demand for such services. The Lessee shall develop plans for the trial program and submit them, when requested, to the Manager of Golf Course Operations for review. The City from time to time may wish to test other programs that are being used at other leading courses around the country and the Lessee shall be responsible for developing and implementing such trial programs. The City will provide any capital investment required to support trial programs initiated by the City.
Trial Programs. Ifbyphone may provide free demonstrations of the Service in accordance with certain terms and conditions. Ifbyphone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trial programs or block access to trial programs, in its discretion, for any reason or no reason.

The State may not use the trial programs to provide or attend third party training on the content and/or functionality of the programs. The State has 60 days from the delivery date to evaluate these programs. If the State decides to use any of these programs after the 60-day trial period, it must obtain a license for such programs from the Contractor or an authorized distributor. If the State decides not to obtain a license for any program after the 60-day trial period, it will cease using and will delete any such programs from its computer systems. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and the Contractor does not provide technical support or offer any warranties for these programs.

You may order additional and/or trial Programs, or Mythics or Oracle may include additional Programs or Programs on the Hardware (e.g., Exadata Storage Server software) with your order and you are not authorized to use those Programs unless you have a license specifically granting you the right to do so; however, you may use those additional Programs only for trial, non-production purposes for up to 30 days from the date of delivery provided that you may not use the additional and/or trial Programs to provide or attend third party training on the content and/or functionality of the Programs. You have 30 days from the delivery date to evaluate these Programs, subject to the terms of this agreement. If you decide to use any of these Programs after the 30 day trial period, you must obtain a license for such Programs from Mythics or Oracle. If you decide not to obtain a license for any additional and/or trial Program after the 30 day trial period, you will cease using and will delete any such Programs from your computer systems. Additional and/or trial Programs included with an order are provided “as is” and Oracle and Mythics do not provide technical support or offer any warranties for these Programs.

If you decide not to obtain a license for any program after the 30 day trial period, you will cease using and will delete any such programs from your computer systems. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and Terra Phoenix Technology does not provide technical support or offer any warranties for these programs.
