Authorization to Charge Account. The Borrowers hereby authorize the Agent to charge the Borrowers' Revolving Loan accounts with the amount of all payments and fees due hereunder to the Lenders, the Agent and the Issuing Bank as and when such payments become due. The Borrowers confirm that any charges which the Agent may so make to the Borrowers' Revolving Loan accounts as herein provided will be made as an accommodation to the Borrowers and solely at the Agent's discretion.
Authorization to Charge Account. If and to the extent payment owed to any Lender is not made when due hereunder or under the Note held by such Lender, each Borrower hereby authorizes such Lender to charge from time to time against any or all of such Borrower’s general deposit accounts with such Lender any amount so due. Any Lender exercising the foregoing authorization will endeavor to advise such Borrower of such exercise reasonably promptly thereafter; provided, however, that such Lender’s failure to do so shall not subject such Lender, the Agent or any other Lender to liability or claim of any nature whatsoever and shall not create in any Borrower any set-off, defense or other claim of any nature whatsoever.
Authorization to Charge Account. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Payments Administrator, subject to prior notice to the Borrower, to charge the Borrower's Revolving Loan account with the amount of all Fees, Expenses and other payments to be paid hereunder, under the Fee Letter and under the other Credit Documents as and when such payments become due. The Borrower confirms that any charges which the Payments Administrator may so make to the Borrower's Revolving Loan account as herein provided will be made as an accommodation to the Borrower and solely at the Payments Administrator's discretion.
Authorization to Charge Account. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent to charge the Borrower’s Swing Loan account, or Revolving Loan accounts, as applicable, with the amount of all payments and fees due hereunder to the Lenders, the Agent and the Issuing Bank as and when such payments become due. The Borrower confirms that any charges which the Agent may so make to the Borrower’s Swing Loan Account or Revolving Loan accounts as herein provided will be made as an accommodation to the Borrower and solely at the Agent’s discretion.
Authorization to Charge Account. Upon receipt of the numbers, codes and other information stated herein you hereby authorize us to charge your account(s) with us in the amount of the funds transfer requests and associated fees.

Notice of any such charge shall be given promptly to the Borrower by the Agent or such Bank, as the case may be.

The Borrowers hereby authorize the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Agent, as the case may be, to charge the Borrowers' Revolving Loan accounts with the amount of all payments and fees due hereunder to the Lenders, the Administrative Agent, the Canadian Agent and the Issuing Lender as and when such payments become due. The Borrowers confirm that any charges which the applicable Agent may so make to the Borrowers' Revolving Loan accounts as herein provided will be made as an accommodation to the Borrowers and solely at the applicable Agent's discretion.
