The Trading Information clause defines the rules and obligations regarding the exchange and use of information related to trading activities between parties. Trading Information. Upon the Company’s request, the Investor agrees to provide the Company with trading reports setting forth the number and average sales prices of Common Shares sold by the Investor during the prior trading week.

Without prejudice to any of the Supplier’s specific obligations under this Framework Agreement the Supplier will, if it has concerns regarding the amount of electricity in respect of which prices are being fixed or unfixed by the Authority, raise such concerns with the Authority as soon as is reasonably practicable. Where the Authority so requests the Supplier shall ensure that the Authority is granted access to broker screens and subscription to any of the price reports of the Index Publishers.
