Trade Information. The Trading Advisor shall use reasonable efforts to provide trade information to OMR Systems by electronic file by 4:30 p.m. on the date of any trade made on behalf of the Company.
Trade Information. All proprietary knowledge, technical information, quality control data, processes (whether secret or not), methods, and other similar know-how or rights used in the conduct of the Seller's business, including, but not limited to, the areas of retailing, sales, marketing, advertising and personnel training and recruitment, together with all rights to use any and all information, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks, tradenames and other intangible properties that are necessary or customarily used by the Seller for the ownership, management or operation of its business.

The Member States shall co-operate in increasing the awareness of intra and extra Common Market trade opportunities, provision and exchange of computerised trade information in the region through the support of the sub-region-wide Trade Information Network (TINET), provision of company data, export or import opportunities, tender invitations issued by national authorities for public procurement, statistical profiles of general and specific product groups, restrictive trade practices, non-tariff barriers and others as stated in the TINET's region-wide standards. These standards contain special TINET instructions, ad hoc requests, and standing practices which are subject to change from time to time.
Trade Information. The Borrowers shall deliver all required information and documentation required by the FX Hedging Arrangement Providers in connection with each FX Hedging Arrangement (including, without limitation, any information necessary for determining the collateral value for certain of the Borrowers’ fixed assets).
Trade Information. The Trading Advisor shall use reasonable efforts to provide trade information to the Master Fund’s administrator in the form and at the designated time as agreed to from time to time by the Manager and the Trading Advisor on the date of any trade made on behalf of the Master Fund. Such reports may be provided directly by the Trading Advisor.

Subject to Section 9(a), Wit Group shall forward to E Group no less than monthly, information, in a mutually agreed upon format, requested by E Group that will assist E Group in analyzing the execution quality of secondary market orders directed to Wit Group in accordance with this Section 7. Such information shall include transaction order files that provide an audit trail for each secondary market order, including the time the order was received by Wit Group, the time of execution, relevant quotation information and other information that E Group reasonably requests. Wit Group agrees to provide reports to E Group that permit E Group to analyze the elements of secondary market order execution quality, including but not limited to, price improvement/disimprovement, execution speed, liquidity enhancement and auto-execution.
Trade Information. The names, addresses and other pertinent information of all Site Providers, Seller's customer lists, if any, (together with the right to solicit and service said customers), manuals, forms, computer programs, business plans or like data respecting the Business or the conduct thereof, whether existing or created as of the date of this Agreement or as of the date of Closing.

Trade Information. By 6 p.m. New York Time on each business day, the Trading Advisor shall use reasonable efforts to provide electronic incremental records of all trades executed on the behalf of the Company to the Company’s administrator.
