Common use of Tolling Clause in Contracts

Tolling. If Executive violates any of the restrictions contained in Sections 5.1 through 5.8, the restrictive period will be suspended and will not run in favor of Executive from the time of the commencement of any violation until the time when Executive cures the violation to the Company’s reasonable satisfaction.

Tolling. If Executive violates any of the restrictions contained in Sections 5.1 5 through 5.812, then notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the restrictive period will be suspended and will not run in favor of Executive from the time of the commencement of any such violation until the time when the Executive cures the violation to the Company’s reasonable satisfactionsatisfaction of the Board or Compensation Committee.

If Executive violates any of the restrictions contained in Sections 5.1 9 through 5.817, then notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the restrictive period will be suspended and will not run in favor of Executive from the time of the commencement of any violation such violation, unless and until the such time when the Executive cures the violation to the Company’s reasonable satisfactionsatisfaction of the Partnership.

If Executive violates any of the restrictions contained in Sections 5.1 5 through 5.811, then notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the restrictive period will be suspended and will not run in favor of Executive from the time of the commencement of any such violation until the time when the Executive cures the violation to the Company’s reasonable satisfactionsatisfaction of the Board or Compensation Committee.
