Title Change. The parties agree to the following changes related to the positions of Custodian I and Custodian II.

Title Change. The Employer and the Employee agree that Employee's title may change, at the reasonable discretion of the Employer, during the Retention Period. Employee consents to any reasonable change in title (for example, from Chief Financial Officer to "Senior Adviser," "Strategic Adviser," or similar) chosen by Employer. Employer and Employee agree that no such title change shall affect the compensation to which the Employee is entitled pursuant to this Agreement.

Title Change. Any employee whose title has been changed to a title having the same salary range shall be compensated at the same step in the salary range. The employee's salary anniversary date for further merit step advancement shall not change.

Title Change. Section 2.1 (“Employment”) and Section 2.3 (“Duties”) of the Agreement are hereby amended to replace each instance of “Chief Executive Officer” with “Co-Chief Executive Officer”.

Title Change. In the event that ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ceases to encumber the position of Superintendent of Schools, the Acting Superintendent’s title shall be changed to Interim Superintendent, without the need for an amendment of this Agreement. All other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain the same, following any such title change.

Title Change. The Original Agreement shall be renamed to be called the "RadarSat-2 License Agreement."
