Time Performance Sample Clauses

Time Performance. The Contractor will complete each assigned task as detailed within the executed HA Task Order.

Time Performance. The services of Consultant are to commence immediately after the execution of this Agreement and shall be completed no later than 8 months from the date of this Agreement unless this date is extended by contract amendment. In the event Consultant’s services are suspended, delayed, or interrupted for the convenience of the WFRC, no additional cost shall accrue and no additional compensation shall be made as a result of such suspension, delay or interruption.

Time Performance. This contract is initially executed for the period of time that the Agency approves the Contractor to complete the work as listed within the Notice to Proceed issued.

If at any time during the contract term the Consultant cannot provide the requested Services within the time required by the CTRMA or for any other reason, the Authority reserves the unilateral right to procure the Services from any other source it deems capable of providing those Services.

Time Performance. The Subrecipient will administer this program within the Term agreed upon in this SRA.
