Third Party Restrictions. Nothing in the Agreement supersedes any restriction imposed by Third Parties on their Confidential Information, and there is no obligation on the Disclosing Party to conform Third Party agreements to the terms of this Agreement.

Third Party Restrictions. In addition to the rights and restrictions set forth in agreement(s) that you have entered into with Preparis, use of the Services is subject to the additional following terms: (i) you may be required to enter into, or to comply with the terms of, a third-party licensor agreement, and (ii) you may receive such terms within the Services or directly by the third-party licensor. To the extent that you redistribute any third-party services, you must obtain all required approvals for control and redistribution of such third-party services. You are responsible for any and all costs and fees associated with agreements entered into with any such third-party licensor. If a third-party licensor ceases to make one or more of its services available to Preparis, or requires Preparis to suspend or terminate the provision of all or any part of its services to you, or if Preparis terminates its arrangements with the third-party licensor, then Preparis may suspend or terminate that part of its services immediately without notice or further obligation to you. Content provided by third-party licensors ("Third Party Content") may contain: (i) restrictions, including without limitation, as to disclosure and use of the Third Party Content; and (ii) specific disclaimers with regard to such Third Party Content, including without limitation disclaimer for liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions; which may be displayed in and shall apply to the Third Party Content. Such Third Party Content is provided by other, non-Preparis information providers and therefore Preparis has no responsibility and makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the Third Party Content. Preparis shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the inaccuracies, errors or omissions, incomplete or late Third Party Content.

Third Party Restrictions. Customer shall notify Supplier of any third party restrictions on Supplier's use of the Customer Software and Customer Work Product provided hereunder and Supplier shall comply with any such restrictions. Supplier shall notify Customer of any third party restrictions on Customer's use of the Supplier Software, Developed Supplier Software and Supplier Work Product provided hereunder and Customer shall comply with any such restrictions; provided, however, that, (1) no such third party restriction shall relieve Supplier of its obligation to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement and (2) upon Customer's request, Supplier shall propose workarounds to any such restriction.
Third Party Restrictions. If the rights licensed to RevMed pursuant to subsection A are sublicensed to RevMed under an agreement between Sanofi and a Third Party, then Sanofi shall so notify RevMed within [***] after the effective date of termination of this Agreement, and the foregoing licenses shall be subject to the applicable provisions of such Third Party agreement (including any applicable payment obligations to the extent arising from the exercise of RevMed’s practice of its license under subsection A).
