Terminated Services. Upon termination or expiration of any or all Services pursuant to this Agreement, or upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement in its entirety, Service Provider shall have no further obligation to provide the applicable terminated Services (or any Services in the case of a termination or expiration of this Agreement) and Recipient shall have no obligation to pay any future compensation or Out-of-Pocket Costs relating to such Services (other than for or in respect of Services already provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and received by Recipient prior to such termination or expiration).
Terminated Services. Upon termination or expiration of any or all Services pursuant to this Agreement, or upon the termination of this Agreement in its entirety, Seller shall have no further obligation to provide the applicable terminated Services and Purchaser will have no obligation to pay any future compensation or Travel Costs relating to such Services (other than for or in respect of Services already provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and received by Purchaser prior to such termination).
Terminated Services. Upon termination or expiration of any or all Services pursuant to this Agreement, or upon the termination of this Agreement in its entirety, Seller shall have no further obligation to provide the applicable terminated Services and Purchaser will have no obligation to pay any future compensation or Out-of-Pocket Costs relating to such Services (other than for or in respect of (i) Services already provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and received by Purchaser prior to such termination and (ii) with respect to aluminum cans, glass, malt, crowns and caps, hops, can lids, Yeast, Cartons and corn starch that have, as of the termination of this Agreement, been shipped to the Company but have not delivered in its entirety in connection with the provision of the Supply Services).
Terminated Services. If, in accordance with the terms set forth in Sections 9.2 and/or 9.5, Symetra terminates or reduces all or any portion of the Services to be provided here-under, then the Fees relating to such terminated Services shall be appropriately reduced, and such reduction shall apply as of the applicable Termination Date(s).
Terminated Services. Upon termination or expiration of any or all Services pursuant to this Agreement, or upon the termination of this Agreement in its entirety, no party providing Services will have any further obligation to provide the applicable terminated Services and the party receiving Services will have no obligation to pay any future compensation relating to such Services (other than for or in respect of Services already provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and received by the receiving party prior to such termination).
Terminated Services. Upon termination or expiration of any or all Services pursuant to this Agreement, or upon the termination of this Agreement in its entirety, Twin Vee shall have no further obligation to provide the applicable terminated Services and Forza will have no obligation to pay any future Service Fees relating to such Services (other than for or in respect of Services already provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and received by Forza prior to such termination).
Terminated Services. If this AGREEMENT is terminated, ENGINEER shall be paid for services performed to the effective date of termination as follows:
Terminated Services. If, in accordance with clause 50, Transnet terminates this Agreement or reduces any portion of the Services provided hereunder, then the Fees relating to such terminated Services shall be appropriately reduced in accordance with Xxxxxxxxxxx X0, X0 and where applicable Attachment W, and such reduction shall apply from the applicable Termination Date(s).
Terminated Services. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, M&A shall have no further obligation to provide the Services and Buyer will have no obligation to pay any future compensation or Out-of-Pocket Costs relating to the Services; provided, however, that Buyer will remain obligated to pay all of the compensation to M&A for the remainder of the Term as set forth in Section 2.02(a).
Terminated Services. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, on the earlier of (i) June __, 2027, and (ii) the date on which OMEX has provided Contributed Assets with the aggregate combined Fair Market Value and Cost of Odyssey Services equivalent of $10,000,000.00, OMEX shall have no further obligation to provide Contributed Assets (other than for or in respect of Contributed Assets already provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and received by OML), whether pursuant to an uncompleted Contribution Request or otherwise.
