Terminal. Terminal agrees to provide and carry (or cause to be provided and carried) the following insurance during the term of this Agreement, at its expense and in forms and with insurance companies reasonably acceptable to Customer:
Terminal. Use of the Terminal by Airline shall be limited to the following activities:
Terminal. The terminal services contemplated by this Schedule will be performed at Company’s Memphis Truck Rack Terminal located in Memphis, Tennessee (the “Terminal”).
Terminal. 7.2.1. Pluxee declines any liability to the Merchant or to any third party arising out of, or in connection with, (i) any failures, errors or malfunctions (including, but not limited to, where the required settings have not been established by the Merchant) of any Terminal which is not the responsibility of Pluxee; (ii) loss or theft, in particular of data initially in connection with the Terminal or any equipment or software that is not the responsibility of Pluxee; (iii) damage suffered by a Cardholder as a result of withdrawing a Pluxee Card (or a virtual card available in the Pluxee Application). The Merchant bears in full the risk of negligent and wrongful use and is liable for abuses committed by its employees or other persons in accepting the Pluxee Card (or a virtual card available in the Pluxee Application) at its point of sale.
Terminal. The terminal services contemplated by this Schedule will be performed at Company’s El Paso Terminal located at 0000 XX Xxxxxxxxxx, Xx Xxxx, XX 00000 (the “Terminal”).
Terminal. The terminal services contemplated by this Schedule will be performed at Company’s Xxxxx Terminal located in Port Xxxxxx, Texas (the “Terminal”).
Terminal. The terminal services contemplated by this Schedule will be performed at the following terminals (collectively the “Terminal”): PAPS Terminal located at Port Xxxxxx, Texas El Vista Terminal located at Port Xxxxxx, Texas
Terminal. 11.1. 7-11 shall provide prominent and sufficient space at its premises for the Terminal and both parties will come to an agreement on the positioning of the Terminal at the Store(s). 7-11 shall provide MOL with reasonable access and assistance to install and maintain the Terminal.
