Term of Employment Agreement. The term of your employment hereunder shall begin as of the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement) and end as of the close of business on the date which is three years from the Effective Time, subject to earlier termination pursuant to the terms hereof (the "Term"). Following the Term, this Agreement shall automatically be renewed for successive one-year terms (each a "Renewal Term") unless notice of termination is given by either party upon not less than 30 days' written notice prior to the date on which such renewal would otherwise occur.
Term of Employment Agreement. The term of the Executive’s employment hereunder begin as of February 13, 2012, and will end as of the close of business on the third anniversary of the date hereof subject to earlier termination pursuant to the terms hereof (including the Renewal Term, as defined in the next sentence, the “Term”). Following the initial Term, this Employment Agreement will automatically be renewed for successive one-year terms unless notice of termination is given by either party upon not less than sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to the date on which such renewal would otherwise occur. In the event that the Executive’s employment is not renewed by the Company in accordance with this Section 2 upon the expiration of the Term or any Renewal Term, the Executive’s employment shall terminate as of the date of such expiration, and such termination shall be deemed a termination without “Cause” for purposes of this Employment Agreement.
Term of Employment Agreement. The term of the Executive’s employment hereunder began as of July 17, 2007, and will end as of the close of business on the Date of Termination (as defined in Section 4(h)) (the “Term”).

In the event that your employment is not renewed following the expiration of the Term or following the expiration of the first Renewal Term immediately succeeding the Term, the Company shall pay to you your base salary and provide you with the benefits provided hereunder for eighteen months following such non-renewal.
Term of Employment Agreement. This Restated Agreement will commence on the Effective Date first written above, and shall continue in effect until December 31, 2009. Thereafter, this Restated Agreement shall be extended automatically for successive one (1) year terms, unless the Company otherwise notifies the Executive in writing 180 days prior to the occurrence of such automatic extension. In the case where the Company properly notifies the Executive that the Restated Agreement will no longer be extended, the Restated Agreement will terminate at the end of the term, or extended term, then in progress. However, in the event a Change in Control occurs during the original or any extended term, this Restated Agreement will remain in effect for twenty-four (24) months beyond the month in which such Change in Control occurred.
Term of Employment Agreement. This Employment Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on the second anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). The Employment Agreement shall automatically renew for one or more additional two-year terms unless either party notifies the other party at least 120 days prior to the end of the then current term of an intent not to renew. The Initial Term and any renewal terms are referred to herein as the “Contract Term.”
Term of Employment Agreement. Subject to earlier termination in accordance with Article 7, this Agreement shall begin on the Agreement Date and end on the Anniversary Date that is three years after such Agreement Date (the “Employment Term”). Upon expiration of the Employment Term, Executive’s continued employment with Company shall be on an “at will” basis.
