Term of Commitment. April 14, 2020 to October 14, 2020 (6 months)
Term of Commitment. It will be signed, with compulsory intervention of the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo, the Term of Commitment that, for each internship, will particularize the special legal relationship between the student-trainee and the GRANTOR, as well as the financial resources destined to support the possible grant of a stipend. CLAUSE SEVEN - DURATION This agreement shall be in force for a period of five (5) years from the date of signature, which may be extended for equal or shorter periods. After the maximum term of 05 (five) years, where there is interest of the participants, a new instrument must be formalized.
Term of Commitment. The Consultant shall perform consulting services for The Client for 2 months or until the company has determined upon that agreed upon objectives have been met and the terms of commitment have been fulfilled. Such services shall commence upon receipt of the first payment as outlined in Schedule B, to be renewed for 2 additional months subject to adjustments to the issuance of the shares based on the price of the shares 10 day average price prior to the end of the 2 month period and subject for approval by both REGI U.S. and Xxxx Xxxxx. Schedule B 150,000 free trading shares for the 2 months consulting services 150,000 warrants(1) exercisable @ .12 - to be exercised within 30 days 125,000 warrants(1) exercisable @. 20 - to be exercised within 60 days 150,000 warrants(1) exercisable @ .30 - to be exercised within 90 days subject to a renewed consulting agreement. 125,000 warrants(1) exercisable @. 50 - to be exercised within 90 days subject to a renewed consulting agreement.
Term of Commitment. In the event Borrower has not fulfilled condition 4.1(d) precedent set forth in this Article within 30 days of Xxxxxxxx’s execution of this Agreement, the Committee may terminate its obligations under this Agreement. In the event construction loan closing has not occurred within 120 of execution of this Agreement, the Committee may terminate its obligations under this Agreement.
Term of Commitment. Subject to the terms of Section 7 hereof, each Participant's Funding Commitment shall remain in effect until the earlier of (i) that date eighteen (18) months from the date of this Agreement, or (ii) the date the full amount of the total of all Funding Commitments has been paid into the Loan Fund in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
Term of Commitment. In the event Xxxxxxxx has not fulfilled all conditions precedent set forth in this Article within 30 days of Xxxxxxxx’s execution of this Agreement, Xxxxxx's obligation under this Agreement shall automatically terminate unless extended by Lender.
Term of Commitment. This Commitment is effective upon Lendxx'x xssuance of this letter to Borrxxxx. Xxis Commitment expires on the earlier of (i) JANUARY 30, 1998 and (ii) the date set forth for the closing of the Loan at the time of Rate Lock, by which time ALL THE CONDITIONS OF THIS COMMITMENT MUST BE SATISFIED AND the Loan must have closed and funded or this Commitment shall be of no further force and effect.
Term of Commitment. Subject to Lender's right to cease making Post-Petition Loans to Borrowers when any Default exists and is continuing or upon the Commitment Termination Date, the Commitment shall be in effect for the DIP Term. The DIP Term may be extended by written agreement between Borrowers and Lender without further notice or hearing or order by the Court.
Term of Commitment. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the Expiration Date, which Expiration Date shall be automatically extended without amendment of this Agreement for one year, and on each anniversary date thereafter, unless the Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 6. "Expiration Date" means January 1, 2010, and each date annually thereafter to the extent the Agreement is extended in accordance with this Section 5, or the termination date if earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6.
Term of Commitment. The Lenders' commitment to lend under this ------------------ Loan Agreement shall terminate on June 30, 2002."
