Common use of Term of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Term of Commitment. The term of the Commitment shall be from the date when all conditions precedent set forth herein and the MLA shall have been satisfied up to (but not including) 12:00 Noon on December 28, 2018, or such later date as CoBank may, in its sole discretion, authorize in writing.
