TENTING. The Town of Salem NY (The Georgi) allows for the set up & removal of tents the day before/after an event. No staples, tacks, tape or nails may be used to attach decorations to the Walls of Community Room. No paint may be applied. No glitter, confetti, or sparklers may be used. Only bio-degradable options are permitted in the Park (rose petals, bird seed, rice, bubbles).
TENTING. If tenting is being used it is MANDATORY that the tent is sufficiently weighted. The vendor must provide the weighting. Examples include, but are not limited to: Sand Bags, Water/Sand Filled Containers, Concrete Shapes.

TENTING. With prior permission from the Trust, Permittee may erect a tent in the parking lot and the lawn area of the Premises. Tenting shall be constructed in accordance to International Fire Code Section 2404, 2006 Edition. Staking is not permitted on asphalt area and must be approved in advance on lawn area. There is an additional charge of $.25 per square foot for any tenting erected. Additional fees apply.
TENTING. In the event the Client will be using the outdoor facilities and installing a tent structure.
TENTING. Main St. Party Rentals is not responsible for damage to underground or hidden sprinkler systems or other structures. Client must notify Main St. Party Rentals of any underground structures. Client may call 311 for assistance locating underground utilities. Client shall provide unobstructed space for placement, assembly, erection and disassembling of tent. Client is responsible for all required permits, licenses & other consent. Main St. Party Rentals is not responsible for unforeseen weather conditions or damage tent may cause to person(s), personal or real property. Main St. Party Rentals reserves the right to take tent down if weather conditions seem unsafe, regardless of client itinerary. Main St. Party Rentals does not recommend tent rental if winds are over 18 m.p.h. and reserves right to not rent for safety of customer.
TENTING. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Crossing Park, Inc. allows for the set up & removal of event tents the day before/after an event, when feasible in the schedule. Overnight camping and camping tents are not allowed.
TENTING. Site visits are suggested for tents larger than 20x20. Lessee is responsible for all permits, permissions or inspections required by law and/or property owners for installation and use of the tents. Lessor will provide a fire-retardant flame certificate to accommodate permitting. Quotes are based on normal installation, on level ground, and staked into ground unless otherwise noted. Lessee is responsible for properly marking underground utilities (gas, water, electrical, sprinkler) prior to installations of staked tents. If ground is not properly marked, Lessor cannot be held responsible for any damage to utility or sprinkler lines caused by staking. Stakes are driven up to 4’ depth. Tents are NEVER to be used as storm shelter! In severe weather, including but not limited to lightning, heavy rains, and high winds, the tent should be evacuated! Lessee is responsible for creating an inclement weather backup and emergency evacuation plan for the event.

TENTING. All booth tents must be flame-proof, whether cooking is to be undertaken or not, and evidence thereof must be available at all times. Copy of flame- proof or flame-retardant certificate must be submitted with this Agreement and/or produced upon request of the Company.
