Tenant Representative. As designated by Tenant(s), will serve as the "Tenant Representative" with whom Landlord may communicate regarding the Lease throughout the Lease term, including, but not limited to, arrangements for Move-In and Move-Out, showings and maintenance.
Tenant Representative. Whenever Landlord or any contractor responsible for the Tenant Improvements shall need to communicate with Tenant about the Tenant Improvement related matters, including Change Orders, Landlord or such contractor shall contact Xxxx Xxxxx at xxxx.xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or (000) 000-0000.

Tenant Representative. Tenant has designated Gxxxx Xxxxxxxx as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Tenant as required in this Tenant Work Letter, until further written notice to Landlord.
Tenant Representative. Tenant shall designate in writing to Landlord the name of the individual (the “Tenant Representative”) who will have full authority to execute any and all instruments requiring Xxxxxx’s signature and to act on behalf of Tenant with respect to all matters arising out of this Lease. Any consent, approval, decision or determination hereunder by the Tenant Representative shall be binding on Tenant; provided, however, that the Tenant Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Lease.
Tenant Representative. Tenant hereby designates Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx to be the representative of Tenant (the “Tenant Representative”), who shall be authorized to act on behalf of Tenant under this Agreement. Tenant shall have the right, from time to time, to change the Person who is Tenant Representative by giving at least ten (10) days prior written notice to City thereof. Any written approval, decision, confirmation or determination hereunder by Tenant Representative shall be binding on Tenant; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Tenant Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Agreement.
Tenant Representative. On the effective date of this Lease Agreement, Tenant designates the current Fort Bend County Fair Association Manager (or its designee) as Tenant Representative ("the Tenant Representative.") Tenant shall have the right, from time to time, to change the Tenant Representative by giving Landlord written notice thereof. With respect to any action, decision or determination which is to be taken or made by Xxxxxx, the Tenant Representative may take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify Landlord in writing for a response or action. Actions, decisions or determinations by the Tenant Representative on behalf of Tenant shall be done in his or her reasonable business judgment unless express standards or parameters are included in this Lease Agreement, in which case, actions taken by the Tenant Representative shall be binding on Tenant, provided, however, the Tenant Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Lease Agreement. Tenant Representative. No later than thirty (30) days after the Execution Date, Tenant shall designate in writing to Landlord a person from time to time to serve as the representative of Tenant (the “Tenant Representative”), who shall be authorized to act on behalf of Tenant under this Lease. Tenant shall have the right, from time to time, to change the individual who is the Tenant Representative by giving at least ten (10) calendar days’ prior written Notice to Landlord thereof. With respect to any such action, decision or determination to be taken or made by Tenant under this Lease, the Tenant Representative shall take such action or make such decision or determination or shall notify Landlord in writing of the Person(s) responsible for such action, decision or determination and shall forward any communications and documentation to such Person(s) for response or action. Any written Approval, decision, confirmation or determination hereunder by the Tenant Representative shall be binding on Tenant; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything in this Lease to the contrary, the Tenant Representative shall not have any right to modify, amend or terminate this Lease.
