Shipments in Transit. Storage- Storage will be charged as follows; shipments received where three (3) attempts are made to the consignee (3 days), notify the FragilePAK Customer giving them 5 working days to resolve and advising of disposition of the shipment. Storage charges will start on the sixth (6th) working day at $ 3.00 per the space of a standard pallet (48 x 40) position per day.
Shipments in Transit. All shipments in transit delivered prior to -------------------- 11:59 p.m. CDT on the Closing Date shall be the responsibility of Sellers and those in transit after 11:59 p.m. CDT on the Closing date shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. This Section 4.3 is subject to the provisions of Sections 2.1 and 3.2 hereof.
