Telephony Services. VCG will make reasonable efforts to provide the Telephony Services in a reliable manner and in accordance with good industry practice but the Telephony Services cannot be guaranteed to be fault free.

This process requires the cooperation of both providers and Wildcard do not warrant or represent that acceptance of the Order shall mean this transfer will be successful. Where the transfer or port forms a part of the Order, other parts of the Order which are not dependant upon the transfer or port will continue in force.
6.4. The Customer undertakes to pay for all incidental charges such as telephone calls incurred whilst utilising the Service charged at the current list rates (available from Wildcard on request).
6.5. The Service shall not be used for unlawful purposes or for the purposes of performing unsolicited calling.
Telephony Services. 2.1 The Service Provider will provide the Customer with voice telephony transmission (including the transfer of standard telephony signaling to IP and vice versa) and routing services through the IP Telephony Network between the United States and Manila in the Philippines.
2.2 The Service Provider will install, test and remotely monitor the operation and performance of the IP Telephony Network.
2.3 The Service Provider shall provide reports to the Customer containing telephony transmission activity over the IP Telephony Network. Such reports will include traffic information from the
Telephony Services a) If requested by You in Your Application for Services, and if available to Your Premises, FuzeNet can provide fixed line Telephony Services, which include the facility to make or receive a telephone call over the broadband Internet network.

The N2P Services customized by N2P to be distributed by AOL on the AIM Service in accordance with this Agreement, utilizing the services of N2P hereunder and consisting of: (i) the PTP Calling Card Service, the Secondary AIM IP Telephony Services and the Conference Calling Service (including, in each case, any Updates thereto); and (ii) any other IP Telephony Services (including Optional or Expanded Services) that the Parties agree to add to this Agreement. (a) Comcast and its Affiliates shall assume the Service Agreement effective as of December 1, 1997 between Adelphia Communications Corporation and PECO Adelphia Communications (the "Lansdale Agreement") subject to the right of termination set forth therein. If Comcast at any time elects to terminate the Lansdale Agreement in accordance with its terms, Adelphia shall promptly cause PECO Adelphia Communications to remove all equipment owned or leased by it located on real property owned or leased by Comcast or its Affiliates. Adelphia shall indemnify Comcast against any Losses arising out of the removal of such equipment.
Telephony Services. The Parties wish for N2P to develop and provide to AOL a customized version of certain N2P Services that can be distributed through the AIM Service so as to enable AIM Members to send and receive free, or low cost, Internet-enabled telephony communications. This relationship is further described below and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Defined terms used but not defined in the body of the Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Exhibit A hereto.
