Telephony Services. No Seller has entered into a contract to provide ------------------ telephony services to a Property.
Telephony Services the Service includes access and use of the telephone system functions and features and lines for voice communications.
Telephony Services. 6.1. This section applies only where Wildcard provides access to a telephone service as part of the Service, where a telephone service is provided access to emergency services is available from this service (by dialing 999). However in the event of a power failure or network failure this may not be available and should not be relied upon.
Telephony Services. 2.1 The Service Provider will provide the Customer with voice telephony transmission (including the transfer of standard telephony signaling to IP and vice versa) and routing services through the IP Telephony Network between the United States and Manila in the Philippines. 2.2 The Service Provider will install, test and remotely monitor the operation and performance of the IP Telephony Network.
Telephony Services. This service is available to ALL schools and academies. Schools and academies who already take advantage of the mobile telephony offers available through Rochdale BC are invited to indicate their continued agreement to use these services for the financial year 2016/17. This service offers a variety of handsets with the call charges at the following rates: Type of call Charge Landline 3p/minute Orange mobile 3p/minute Other mobile 10p/minute Text 3p/text message Standard handsets are free of charge. Telephony Services. Annodata provides a range of IP telephony services (IP Telephony Services) which, together with Annodata’s traditional voice services, are delivered from an integrated switching, provisioning and billing platform but your calls are carried by Internet Protocol rather than the traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN); the IP Telephony Services support 999/112 public emergency call services and such calls will be routed to the national emergency call handling agents. However these services do not operate in the same way as PSTN fixed line 999/112 public emergency call services and connection to such services may not be possible in the event of a service outage caused by loss of Customer connectivity to the internet for whatever reason. In such circumstances the Customer should use their PSTN line to make the emergency call. Furthermore, it may, on occasions, not be possible for emergency services personnel to identify the Customers location and telephone number so this information should be stated promptly and clearly by the Customer when making such a call.

Telephony Services. (a) Comcast and its Affiliates shall assume the Service Agreement effective as of December 1, 1997 between Adelphia Communications Corporation and PECO Adelphia Communications (the "Lansdale Agreement") subject to the right of termination set forth therein. If Comcast at any time elects to terminate the Lansdale Agreement in accordance with its terms, Adelphia shall promptly cause PECO Adelphia Communications to remove all equipment owned or leased by it located on real property owned or leased by Comcast or its Affiliates. Adelphia shall indemnify Comcast against any Losses arising out of the removal of such equipment.
