Telematics. All vehicles are supplied with Telematics devices and all costs for including the installation and operation of the Telematics unit is included in the Vehicle Lease charges
Telematics. The Goods may include an equipment data recording and transmission system (“Telematics”) with different data levels depending on the service level agreed with XxXxxxxxx. Purchaser agrees that certain data including equipment details, operational data, time data and position data may be recorded, transmitted, stored, analysed and evaluated by XxXxxxxxx and its Affiliates and relevant suppliers, consultants and distributors for online reporting services and offering and recommending certain goods and services to Purchaser. Purchaser further agrees that XxXxxxxxx may use such data, along with other data, on an anonymous and aggregated basis, to test, develop, evaluate, improve and enhance its goods and services and to create derivative works based on such data. Such data shall be trade secrets of XxXxxxxxx. Subject to payment of the Contract Price and all agreed additional fees, XxXxxxxxx herewith grants Purchaser a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Telematics for the sole purpose of managing its equipment during the agreed term. Purchaser shall not copy or modify any part of Telematics or create any derivative works from Telematics, use or provide Telematics on a white-labelled basis or otherwise for the benefit of any third party or use any materials or communications facilities provided by XxXxxxxxx other than for the purposes of Telematics. XxXxxxxxx shall not publish or use any data which identifies Purchaser or any individual user to provide goods or services to other customers of XxXxxxxxx.
Telematics. At the written (including, but not limited to mailed letter, facsimile, email, or electronic entry at the Contract website), request of a Fleet Manager, the Contractor shall provide a Vehicle tracking system capable of monitoring the location, movements, status and behavior of Authorized User Vehicles. The Contractor shall list pricing for the Vehicle tracking system devices and related services in the Contract. Authorized User will be required to enter into an End User Agreement with the provider prior to initiation of services. OGS has not reviewed or approved this End User Agreement. An Authorized User seeking to acquire this offering must review the End User Agreement terms and conditions. An Authorized User is further responsible for having its counsel review and approve the End User Agreement prior to ordering. If any terms and/or conditions of the End User Agreement are not acceptable to Authorized User’s counsel, it is the responsibility of such counsel to negotiate any needed amendments. See Appendix C: Fleet Maintenance Services Documents, Number 1: Contractor and Pricing Information for specific information about the offered telematics system and the End User Agreement;
Telematics. 10.1 Drover may, at its sole discretion, install a telematics solution ("Telematics") in the Vehicle at Drover's own cost. Telematics allows Drover to GS track Vehicles as well as extract mileage, fuel level, acceleration and braking data, as well as remotely lock / unlock or immobilise Vehicles. By using the Vehicle, the Driver consents to the collection of such data.

Telematics a. The Private Member acknowledges and understands that the Vehicle has been fitted with GPS and Telematics technology which among other things communicates Booking and usage information to the Vehicle and from the Vehicle back to Zilch.

Purchaser further agrees that MWS Equipment may use such data, along with other data, on an anonymous and aggregated basis, to test, develop, evaluate, improve and enhance its goods and services and to create derivative works based on such data. Such data shall be trade secrets of MWS Equipment. Subject to payment of the Contract Price and all agreed additional fees, MWS Equipment herewith grants Purchaser a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Telematics for the sole purpose of managing its equipment during the agreed term. Purchaser shall not copy or modify any part of Telematics or create any derivative works from Telematics, use or provide Telematics on a white-labelled basis or otherwise for the benefit of any third party or use any materials or communications facilities provided by MWS Equipment other than for the purposes of Telematics. MWS Equipment shall not publish or use any data which identifies Purchaser or any individual user to provide goods or services to other customers of MWS Equipment.

Telematics. Contractor shall provide manufacturer specific telematics program (e.g. JDLink) for the length of the warranty period. Machine alert conditions shall be made available by email to specific supervisors identified by the Central Garage. Provide an optional quote for the cost of continuing the telematics program after the warranty period expires.
