Technology Services. (A) Each Contract Year DTI will cause the Technology Personnel to perform the Technology Services for the Technology Hours at no additional cost to the Funds in accordance with the terms of this Section 3(d)(2). For purposes of the foregoing:
Technology Services. All use of the BYU network must comply with the “BYU Wired and Wireless Network Terms of Use”. See xx.xxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxxxxx. Specific details of all Technology Services in on-campus housing can be found on the Office of Information Technology (OIT) homepage at xx.xxx.xxx.
Technology Services. All use of the university’s information technology (IT) resources is governed by the “Appropriate Use of Information Technology Resources Policy.” Access to university IT resources is limited to university personnel, students, and others authorized by the university and may be subject to legal, ethical, and university requirements. Specific details of all IT services in on-campus housing can be found on the Office of Information Technology (OIT) homepage at xx.xxx.xxx.
Technology Services. Any computer, cloud computing, information technology, telecommunication, electronic services and any related consulting and staffing services including but not limited to data processing, data and application hosting, the provision of managed services, software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), network as a service (NaaS), computer systems analysis, computer consulting and training, programming, computer systems installation, management, repair, and maintenance, network design and Internet service.
Technology Services. Services including, but not limited to, ongoing and new benchtop research activities related to cancer biomarker assays within the field of use of the licensed technologies, laboratory assay development and enhancement, improvements in laboratory assay performance, cost, and efficiency.
Technology Services. Each residence hall student room has wired and wireless internet access, as well as basic cable TV and telephone services. The equipment necessary to access these services is the responsibility of the occupant(s) (i.e. computer, TV, telephone). Telephones that are used must be touchtone (not pulse dial). Cordless telephones are not recommended. Intra-campus and local calling privileges are provided as a service to resident students. The University does not provide for long distance phone calling; students may use pre-paid telephone cards, credit cards from any telephone service provider, or make collect calls. Students who make long distance calls are individually responsible for all resultant charges from their long distance provider.
Technology Services. As long as Client is (i) current in paying its Fees and (ii) in compliance with the License, Teqcorner will provide Client, as requested, with voice and data services, including without limitation, telephone installation and usage, Internet connections and technology support services (the "Technology Services"). Such Technology Services will be subject to the charges described in Section 5 below.
Technology Services. During the Term, K12 and its Affiliates will provide or cause to be provided to School without regard to any third party agreements between the School and other entities the technology services (the “Technology Services”) described below either directly or through consultation and/or oversight. K12 will provide the Technology Services at School’s Facility (defined below) and from K12’s offices, as deemed necessary and in K12’s discretion.
Technology Services. (A) Each calendar year the Technology Resources will perform the Technology Services on an aggregate and collective basis for the Funds for the Technology Hours, and BNYM will assign a manager to supervise the Technology Resources when performing the Technology Services. The Clients will designate a single representative to coordinate all matters relating to the Technology Services between the Clients and BNYM. For purposes of this Section 18:
Technology Services. Seragen has developed and provided Schedule 1 to Service Provider. Those services and products which are reflected on Schedule 1 (collectively, the "Technology Services") represent services and products which are required in order to continue Seragen's current research projects. Service Provider, under Seragen's direction, agrees to provide and deliver the Technology Services to Seragen, upon the terms set forth herein and on Schedule 1. Service Provider and Seragen from time to time shall in good faith negotiate amendments (including appropriate price reductions) to Schedule 1 in the event that Seragen's research and development requirements change and, as a result thereof, Seragen determines that any services or products described on Schedule 1 are no longer required or that the standards or requirements with respect to any described services or products needs to be changed.
