Technical Records. (a) The Company shall maintain at its registered or mine offices complete records of pits and trenches (location, depths of overburden and gravel and assay value) in the Lease Area in such form as may from time to time be approved by the Chief Inspector of Mines, Chief Executive of the Minerals Commission and the Director of Geological Survey.
Technical Records. The Employee shall make and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions worked on, conceived, designed, made, developed or reduced to practice by the Employee during the period of employment of the Employee by the Company. Immediately upon the Company’s request and promptly upon termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company, the Employee shall deliver to the Company all memoranda, notes, records, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, papers, Proprietary Information or other documents made or compiled by the Employee or made available to the Employee during the course of the employment of the Employee by the Company, and any copies or abstracts thereof, whether or not of a secret or confidential nature, and all of such memoranda or other documents shall, during and after the employment of the Employee by the Company, be and shall be deemed to be the property of the Company.
Technical Records. The Operating Member shall maintain at its offices, and/or cause Nevada JV to maintain, separate and complete books and records relating to all geological, geophysical, geochemical and other exploration records and reports, all maps, drawings, surveys and other records (including title records), and records pertaining to Governmental Authorizations pertaining to Operations.
Technical Records. With respect to any Manufacture and supply of KLH Requirements, PerImmune shall, at its expense, keep properly completed technical books and records, test data and reports as required under the Specifications and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to cGLPs or cGMPs (as appropriate), and in any case shall maintain such technical Information for at least two (2) years from the expiration date of the relevant Ganglioside Vaccine or longer if required under applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to cGLPs and cGMPs, as applicable). During regular business hours and upon reasonable advance written request, PerImmune shall make any such technical information available to Progenics for inspection.
Technical Records. The Contractor shall make, and retain during the Service Term and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, reasonable records in relation to the Implementation Services performed by the Contractor in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Contractor will maintain reasonable technical records (as opposed to financial records) in relation to its performance of the Services including a detailed record of the rectification of Faults. In each case Purchaser will be allowed to inspect and audit and/or take copies (at no additional cost) of those records following reasonable notice given to the Contractor.
Technical Records. Hospira shall maintain complete, true and accurate Technical Records in accordance with Applicable Laws and as is reasonably necessary to † DESIGNATES PORTIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT THAT HAVE BEEN OMITTED PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION support Omeros’ regulatory filings with respect to Product. Hospira shall store all Technical Records for the longer of a period of at least [†] from the relevant Product manufacturing date or the period required under Applicable Laws, after which Hospira may dispose of the Technical Records or return the Technical Records (excluding General SOPs and any Confidential Information of Hospira) to Omeros in accordance with Omeros’ express written instructions therefore. In the absence of such instructions, Hospira shall notify Omeros in writing of its intent to dispose of the Technical Records and request Omeros’ instructions as to their disposal. If Omeros does not respond to such notice within sixty (60) days after receipt thereof, or in any event prior to the later destruction of such records, Hospira may destroy such records at its discretion and expense. Hospira shall, at any time upon Omeros’ written request and at Omeros’ reasonable expense, return the Technical Records to Omeros or transfer the Technical Records to any third party designated by Omeros.
Technical Records. With respect to any Manufacture and supply of Adjuvant Requirements, CBC shall, at its expense, keep properly completed technical books and records, test data and reports as required under the Specifications and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to cGLPs or cGMPs (as appropriate), and in any case shall maintain such technical information for at least two (2) years from the expiration date of the relevant Licensed Product or longer if required under applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to cGLPs and cGMPs, as applicable). During regular business hours and upon reasonable advance written request, CBC shall make any such technical information available to Progenics for inspection and copying.
Technical Records. Immediately upon the Company’s request, the Consultant shall deliver to the Company all Confidential Information specified in Section 6 and all Confidential Information shall be, during and after the termination of the Agreement, and shall be deemed to be the property of the Company.
Technical Records. For purposes of clarification, it is understood and agreed that Lessee shall not be required to provide insurance coverage related to the Technical Records, even though Technical Records is included in the definition of Aircraft provided in this Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 13.11 shall be deemed to in any way waive or otherwise limit Lessee’s obligation to replace the Technical Records in the event the same are lost, damaged or destroyed at any time during the Lease Period.

With respect to any Manufacture and supply of BCG Requirements, Teknika shall, at its expense, keep properly completed technical books and records, test data and reports as required under the Specifications and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to cGLPs or cGMPs (as appropriate), and in any case shall maintain such technical Information for at least two (2) years from the expiration date of the relevant Melanoma Vaccine or longer if required under applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to cGLPs and cGMPs, as applicable). During regular business hours and upon reasonable advance written request, Teknika shall make any such technical information available to CancerVax for Inspection.
