Technical Modifications Sample Clauses
The Technical Modifications clause defines the process and conditions under which changes to technical specifications, systems, or processes may be made during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to propose or approve modifications, the procedures for documenting and implementing changes, and any limitations or requirements for notification. For example, it may allow a party to update software features or adjust system requirements as technology evolves, provided certain approvals are obtained. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility for necessary technical updates while ensuring both parties are informed and protected from unexpected or unilateral changes.
