Technical Director. The TD will oversee all events that occur at the PPAC. The TD’s services will be charged by the MSDPT to the Lessee at the hourly fee set forth on the Fee Schedule (see Attachment #1) for the number of hours stipulated in the Agreement.

When staffed, the Technical Director is responsible for developing a logistics plan for the preparation and installation of the technical elements of a production • Oversees the installation of scenic, lighting, sound elements that require stage craft expertise or adult supervision Stage Manager: • When staffed, the Stage Manager is responsible for calling cues for the performance from tech/dress rehearsals through final performance (minor role). Directors may require a stage manager throughout the rehearsal/performance process to take blocking and production notes (major role) Faculty Advisor: • When staffed, the Faculty Advisor may be asked to perform a range of specific tasks, such as:
Technical Director. A member responsible for designing, constructing, and/or assembling sets, designing lighting plots and maintaining lighting equipment, designing sound plots and maintaining sound equipment, maintaining production work areas, scheduling production work, participating in technical rehearsals, and supervising strike shall receive three (3) hours load credit each semester in which productions are scheduled to be performed. Additional load credit, including partial load credit, for excessive production demands may be granted by the appropriate academic xxxx after consultation with the department chairpersons. A maximum of six (6) hours load credit per semester may be earned by a member.
Technical Director. G-5.6.1 Whenever possible the Technical Director shall be in attendance at conferences with production people to become familiar with the format and/or any special requirements of a particular program.
Technical Director. The Technical Director is responsible for a technically acceptable television production as assigned and is in technical charge of the engineering crew during such production. When the production requires the assignment of a Director or Producer, the Technical Director will follow the instructions and lead of the responsible Director or Producer.
Technical Director. G-5.6.1 All relationships between other departments and the Engineering Department relative to a particular show shall be channeled through the Technical Director of that show. Whenever possible the Technical Director shall be in attendance at conferences with production people to become familiar with the format and/or any special requirements of a particular program.
Technical Director. The Renter agrees to engage the services of the BOH-designated Technical Director and to appoint the BOH as its agent for the purpose of making compensation payments to the Technical Director as applicable, and for the purpose of satisfying the requisite federal and state information reporting requirements with respect to those payments. ● The BOH designated Technical Director is required to be present whenever the Renter is at BOH ● The designated Technical Director will provide hands-on stage supervision and direction for load-in and load-out and all stage uses involving rigging, electric, sound and scenic production needs. ● The Technical Director has the full power and authority to cease any and all activity deemed unsafe. ○ Disputes about unsafe activities or conditions will be adjudicated exclusively by the BOH Executive Director. If the Executive Director is unreachable - the T.D.’s authority is final. ○ Technical Director will also handle any necessary pre- and post-production work such as attending production meetings, making technical arrangements, pre-hang, focus, programming of lights, restoring to the BOH house plot, and returning the stage to ‘broom clean’.
