T raining. The District shall provide and educators will use district-purchased and designated platforms and applications as a core suite of technology platforms for distance learning. The District will limit the use of non-district approved applications and platforms to assure compliance with relevant provisions concerning data privacy. All platforms, tools, and applications will be required to have a district-approved contract/agreement, appropriate software and training for bargaining unit members in order to be used with students in a distance learning setting. To the maximum extent practicable, training and professional development will take place during the contractual workday.
T raining. The Employer and the Union agree that training is essential in maintaining a high state of professional readiness to serve the City of Rochester Hills. As such, training sessions will be scheduled between Monday and Saturday to accommodate as much as possible, those employees unable to attend dayshift training due to their full-time employment responsibilities. All suppression members shall be required to attend a minimum of eight (8) hours of training per month or a minimum of ninety-six (96) hours annually. While on-duty, members shall attend all department-offered training. Training which is attended during an employee’s scheduled shift shall count toward the ninety-six (96) hour requirement; however, employees may be required to attend training during non-scheduled time. Outside training which is related to the work of the Fire Department may be counted toward the ninety-six (96) hour requirement with the approval of the Chief and the Training Officer. All non-scheduled training must be approved in advance and in writing by the Fire Chief or his designee.
T raining a) TP needs to ensure for the assignment of trainers to the batches.
b) Training partners to ensure that trainers are ToT certified by SSCs as per the process norms
c) The TP would need to install GPRS enabled biometric attendance device to capture the biometric attendance of trainers and trainees.
d) Ensuring adequate coverage of the topics specific to the requirements of the module as assessments would be based on ▇▇▇▇/ Qualification Packs.
e) Depending on the sector, practical on-job training shall be arranged.
f) The TP shall place a banner and other publicity related material in front of the centre with the logo of ASDM and ASULMS prominently displayed and as per the specifications provided by ASDM.
g) The TP shall put the logo of the DAY-NULM, ASDM and ASULMS and key messages/taglines on all advertisement materials as per the specifications given by the ASDM.
T raining. Employee is encouraged to maintain memberships in and to attend conferences of appropriate professional organizations including but not limited to International Association of Chief of Police (IACP). Employee’s annual budget for such memberships and conferences, including travel and related expenses shall be as included in Heber City’s adopted annual budget. All expense reimbursements are subject to City policies and limited by annual budget line items specifically approved for such purpose.
T raining. Licensor, upon agreement and in reasonable quantity will provide to Licensee, Participating Institutions and Authorized Users appropriate on site or online training related to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor also will provide additional training to Licensee and Participating Institutions staff if made necessary by any updates or modifications to the Licensed Materials or any Licensor software. Detailed specification of obligations of the Licensor to provide the Support are set forth in Appendix A hereto.
T raining. Employees shall be appropriately trained and or certified prior to being assigned to perform work requiring such training or certification, e.g., work with asbestos, lead, blood borne pathogens, and all other appropriate training required for safety and efficiency in the unit.
T raining. 14.1 The Parties may provide or attend joint training classes as approved by the Fire Chiefs of the Parties. Training includes, but is not limited to the following list:
a. Recruit or post recruit academies;
b. Apparatus familiarization;
c. HAZMAT team training;
d. Technical Rescue team training;
e. Disaster or response drills;
f. Specialty subject drills and classes; and
g. Incident Command System Training.
T raining. A. All employees and supervisors will receive annual training in the dangers of drug abuse.
B. All supervisors and managers will receive annual training in the enforcement of this policy. Union representatives will be invited to attend these training sessions.
T raining. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, prior to any school or central office reopening, the District will train its employees in appropriate measures (public health measures, hygiene, sanitation, etc.) to prevent the spread of the virus and will ensure its facilities (school site or central office) have the necessary District-funded supplies for preventative sanitation measures.
