Systems Operations. To the knowledge of the Seller, the Company's and Subsidiaries' computer hardware and software systems are fully operational and capable of handling the anticipated growth in transactions and business operations over the eighteen (18) months following the Closing Date. To the knowledge of the Seller, the Company and its Subsidiaries have planned for the Year 2000 and EURO currency changes necessary for the Company's and Subsidiaries' computer systems and the computer hardware and software systems will be capable of handling all transactions in EURO currency and dates ending in the year 2000 or after.
Systems Operations. During the term of this Agreement, PODS will assume operational responsibility for the Westar Equipment and Westar Systems and will operate all Westar Equipment and each Westar System, all at the service levels established therefor from time to time pursuant to the IT Services Addendum.
