System Implementation. To demonstrate how our negotiation system would interface with a full-featured ubicomp platform, we describe how negotiation and policy management works in Panoply [8]. Panoply provides functions for applications to manage individual devices and groups. The Supplier shall Implement the System for its use (to the extent set out in Appendix 2 and Appendix 10 to this Agreement) at the Place of Performance, such that it would be prepared for the issuance of Acceptance by 20 September 2011: The functioning of the system will be commenced on the basis of the Client’s needs, but no later than on 1 October 2011 from 00:00 hours. The System Implementation will include training for the System Administrator (employee of the Client), the technical representatives of handling companies, and also key Users designated by the Client. The Client shall provide to the Supplier the requisite cooperation in the provision of System Implementation, in particular: Access to the Client’s premises and office space in which System Implementation will be carried out, during Work Hours, for the period required for implementation; The contact information of the employees of the Client who have the requisite information about the functioning of the computer network and other related systems of the Client; Premises for Core BRS, subject to the terms and conditions set out in Appendix 7 to the Agreement; Cables, local network, and a 230 V power supply, subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 7 to the Agreement. In accessing the Client’s Platform, the Supplier shall adhere to the procedure and security rules set by the Client’s internal regulations, the content of which shall be announced to it in writing by the Client. The Supplier shall also proceed in line with the Client's instructions in accessing the Client's platform. The Supplier undertakes that, in providing System Implementation on the Client’s premises, it will adhere to all of the internal regulations and rules of the Client of which it is informed by the Client.
System Implementation. Development Services in respect of any Project will be carried out substantially according to the applicable Statement of Work and Project Schedule, subject to any Excusable Delay. Customer shall be responsible for installation of software on Customer's computer environment, from time to time. TRECOM shall make training and technical assistance available to Customer in connection with such installation, at Customer's expense at TRECOM's regular rates. Customer and TRECOM acknowledge and agree that any change may affect the Project Schedule and may increase or decrease the price of the Development Services and agree that an evaluation and revision of the Project Schedule and the Project Fee will be made and approved each time a change request is made.
System Implementation. EDS will, promptly after execution of this Agreement but no later than October 14, 1994 implement the Base Services, and provide updates and changes as they occur. FVH shall pay the charges for such initial implementation in accordance with Section 5.5 of this Agreement.
