Sweepstakes. ‌ You receive a telephone call telling you that you have won a prize and must call to claim it.

Sweepstakes. Unless otherwise specified, a “Sweepstakes” identified in the IO entitles Advertiser to sponsor a Sweepstakes designed, hosted and administered by the Media Company or its third-party service provider, with the cooperation and assistance of Advertiser as necessary. For clarification and unless otherwise agreed, Advertiser agrees to pay for the design, development, and cost of any ads. The fee for such Sweepstakes does not include Advertiser-sponsored impressions promoting the Sweepstakes, which are provided for a separate fee, at the rates as set forth in the IO. While Advertiser will be the sole sponsor of the Sweepstakes in Advertiser’s industry category, the Media Company reserves the right to recruit sponsors in other industry categories. Unless otherwise agreed, Advertiser will provide all prizes associated with the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes. Each of Vantage, Provider Partner, or Profit Stars may publish from time to time a more detailed and comprehensive list of businesses and activities which each of Vantage, Provider Partner, or Profit Stars includes within the scope of Excluded Activities. Each of Vantage, Provider Partner, or Profit Stars reserves the right to reject any proposed Customer account or to refuse to process a transaction for a Customer that each of Vantage, Provider Partner, or Profit Stars deems, in its respective sole discretion, may use the processing Services in conjunction with any Excluded Activity. If each of Vantage, Provider Partner, or Profit Stars discovers after accepting a Customer account that the Customer is utilizing the processing Services in conjunction with an Excluded Activity, each of Vantage, Provider Partner, or Profit Stars may immediately terminate its provision of processing Services to that Customer upon written notice to the Customer.

Sweepstakes. 5.2.1. The 6-hour time difference in broadcasting of US pro- grams in Germany may cause problems in connection with sweepstake/ lottery programs, which require feedback within a certain time. TKS cannot be held liable for the resulting loss of winnings or prizes.

Sweepstakes. UCMC and LVGI shall jointly offer to Route Licensees a free promotional giveaway ticket system (as defined in Exhibit A), hereinafter referred to as the Game. UCMC and Route Licensees shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining how Licensee’s slot players will qualify for a promotional giveaway ticket. The prizes for the Game and fees are outlined in Exhibit A. The grand prize is an aggregate payout in that multiple grand prize winners will split the pay out equally. Any changes to the prize structure must be agreed to in writing by both Parties

Sweepstakes. InteliHealth shall create vitamin and nutrition related sweepstakes and Company shall, for no additional charge, be given the option to sponsor each such sweepstake.

Sweepstakes. (a) Every twelve (12) months, Client, at its sole expense, will supply Excite with up to three (3) new motor vehicles to be used by Excite as sweepstakes prizes offered to Netscape users. The parties agree that the aggregate suggested manufacturer's retail price for the vehicle(s) selected by Excite though Client shall not exceed forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) in any twelve-month period. (b) Client and Excite will cooperate in good faith to identify appropriate opportunities to promote these sweepstakes and Client in the Excite Portion of the Netscape Site during the term of the Agreement. (c) Other than the motor vehicles supplied by Client, Excite will assume all expenses involved in administering and promoting these sweepstakes. (d) Either party may issue press releases regarding the sweepstakes, the timing and wording of which will be mutually agreed upon. Any such press releases will CONFIDENTIAL ------------ identify Excite as the host of the sweepstakes and Client as the provider of the prize vehicle.

Sweepstakes. Contests, sweepstakes and other similar promotions that you enter on the Site or in connection with Bassmaster Services or events may be subject to official rules and /or conditions that are supplemental to these Terms and which may include promotion specific details such as eligibility requirements, entry instructions, deadlines, prize information and restrictions. If you wish to participate in any Bassmaster promotion please first review the applicable promotion official rules and / or conditions. If a Bassmaster promotion conflicts with these Terms the provisions in the official rules govern and control the promotion. Your entry into a Bassmaster promotion may constitute User Content and is subject to all the promotion official rules, and the provisions of these Terms that govern User Content.
