Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and understood the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of Data contained in Section 10 of the Agreement and by participating in the Plan, Participant agrees to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Company or the Employer, Participant agrees to provide an executed data privacy consent form to the Employer or the Company (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Employer or the Company) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in Participant’s country, either now or in the future. Participant understands he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if Participant fails to execute any such consent or agreement.
