Common use of SWEDEN Clause in Contracts

SWEDEN. Each Dealer represents and agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, offer for subscription or purchase or issue invitations to subscribe for or buy or sell Covered Bonds or distribute any draft of definitive document in relation to any such offer, invitation or sale in Sweden except in compliance with the laws of Sweden. Each Dealer acknowledges and agrees that the Prospectus is not a prospectus and has not been prepared in accordance with the prospectus requirements provided for in the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (lagen (1991:980) xx xxxxxx med finansiella instrument). Neither the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority nor any other Swedish public body has examined, approved or registered the Prospectus.
