Supplier Facilities. In accordance with Section 6.1 of the MSA, Supplier may use Supplier Facilities set forth in Schedule A-7.2 to this Supplement for the performance of the Services under this Supplement.
Supplier Facilities. UMAN agrees and undertakes to maintain its establishment license, current and in force throughout the Term of this Agreement, as per relevant Canadian laws and regulations.
Supplier Facilities. The Supplier shall maintain a facility of sufficient size to accommodate any staff employed under this Agreement. The facility(ties) will contain sufficient equipment and furniture to provide services delineated herein and satisfies Department and DCFS licensing requirements, if applicable.
Supplier Facilities. Supplier may perform the Services in such facilities maintained by or for Supplier or its Affiliates or Subcontractors (collectively, “Supplier Facilities”) as Supplier reasonably deems appropriate, so long as appropriate security procedures have been implemented and are being observed at the Supplier Facilities. While at Supplier Facilities, each Party will, and will cause its and its Affiliates’ personnel to, in its capacity as “Recipient”, comply with Supplier’s reasonable security requirements and other relevant policies of which they have been given notice.
Supplier Facilities. Supplier Facilities. ( a) Throughout the Term and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Supplier shall ensure that, in accordance with the Data Security Standards, physical and logical security measures and safeguards are instituted, maintained and enforced at all Supplier Facilities (including security measures and safeguards set forth in Section 12.3 [Dedicated/Partitioned Environment] specific to those areas of the Supplier Facilities that are partitioned from the rest of the Supplier Facilities and dedicated to the provision of the Services) to guard against the unauthorized access to or destruction, loss, theft, damage or alteration of any SOV property, Services and/or SOV Information.

Supplier Facilities. During the Term of this Agreement, or the applicable Subscription Agreement, Service Description or Statement of Work Term, Supplier shall provide to Allianz, at no additional charge, (i) reasonable access to and use of Supplier Facilities from which the Services are being performed and (ii) access to reasonable work/conference space at such Supplier Facilities, in each case for the exercise of Allianz’s rights or the conduct of activities associated with this Agreement or the applicable Subscription Agreement, Service Description or Statement of Work. In addition, at Allianz’s request, Supplier shall provide reasonable access to and use of such Supplier Facilities by Allianz, the Eligible Recipients or Third Party Contractors as and to the extent provided in Section 4.7. Allianz personnel and Third Party Contractors shall comply with Supplier’s reasonable security requirements applicable generally to such Supplier Facilities and communicated in writing by Supplier to Allianz, and shall, to the extent performing work on Supplier provided Software, Equipment or Systems in such Supplier Facilities for which Supplier has operational responsibility, comply with Supplier’s reasonable standards, methodologies and procedures.
