Subtitles. The subtitles in this Agreement are provided for organizational purposes only and do not provide substantive meaning to the Agreement.
Subtitles. Titles to respective clauses are not part of this collective agreement and are considered to have been inserted for convenience of reference only. However, it is understood that these titles shall have full force if the intent is to indicate to whom or in what circumstances provisions are applicable.

The Producer agrees that if requested by Xx Xx̄xxxx Xx̄xx, the Producer must ensure that the Programme, or a version of the Programme, is produced with subtitles in the English and/or Māori languages subject only to agreement upon any additional funding to be paid by Te Māngai Pāho to meet the reasonable costs of the Producer to include the subtitles requested, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed on the part of either party.
Subtitles. The subtitles herein have been included only to ease reading and should not be interpreted as an integral part of the contract.

Subtitles. The subtitles shown at the beginning of each section of this Agreement are intended to identify the meaning of its contents and shall not be considered as interpretations of this Agreement.
