Subcategories Sample Clauses

It typically outlines how main categories are broken down into more detailed or specialized groups, which may affect how obligations, rights, or deliverables are managed under the contract. By clearly delineating subcategories, this clause ensures clarity in the scope and application of the agreement, reducing ambiguity and helping parties understand their responsibilities in relation to each distinct area.
