Sub-Affiliates. Sub-affiliate commission is offered upon request and after discussion with the affiliate manager.
Sub-Affiliates. The Affiliate shall provide the Company with all information requested by the Company in order to enable the Company to approve the relevant Sub-Affiliate.
Sub-Affiliates. The Affiliate shall procure that the Sub-Affiliate shall fully comply with all the provisions of this Agreement, and any separate agreement executed between the Sub-Affiliate and the Company, with the Program and any instructions of the Company.
Sub-Affiliates. This Agreement shall be binding on and extend to and cover the Sub-Affiliates, where applicable.
Sub-Affiliates. (a) Subject to the other terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Affiliate may acquire Sub- Affiliates as follows:
Sub-Affiliates. Publisher may desire to use its business partners and/or associates to fulfill its obligations under a particular campaign and/or the Agreement. Any of Publisher’s business partners or associates that participate in or perform any activities on behalf of Publisher under the Agreement shall be considered to be a “Sub-Affiliate.” Company reserves the right to review, approve, and reject any and all Sub-Affiliates and may revoke a prior approval of any Sub-Affiliate at any time and for any reason. Sub-Affiliates must meet the same compliance requirements and standards which Publisher maintains and must comply with all the terms herein. Publisher is responsible for and shall fully and unconditionally indemnify Company for any and all actions and/or inactions of any of its Sub-Affiliates at any time. Furthermore, Company may terminate Publisher at any time based on the actions of Publisher’s Sub-Affiliates. Company reserves the right to withhold or refuse payment to Publisher in the event that Publisher’s Sub-Affiliates breach this Agreement.
Sub-Affiliates. Affiliate may engage contractors, consultants or other agents (“Sub-Affiliates”) to exercise its rights and obligations under this Agreement, solely upon the prior written consent of RM and provided that such Sub-Affiliates are party to a written Agreement with Affiliate on terms and conditions no less restrictive than those set forth herein. Affiliate shall be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of the Sub-Affiliates and shall indemnify and hold RM harmless from any and all liabilities, claims and losses of any kind or nature (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising from or in connection with the actions of any Sub-Affiliate whether such Sub-Affiliate has been approved by RM or the actions of such Sub-Affiliate are known to or approved by RM.
Sub-Affiliates i. Subject to our prior written approval, you may become a Master-Affiliate and refer any third party to us who isn’t currently or hasn’t previously been registered with us as an Affiliate, Sub-Affiliate or Master Affiliate. If you’re a Master Affiliate - any approved Affiliate that you refer to us will be considered your Sub-Affiliate.
Sub-Affiliates. 5.1 In addition to payments to be made under clause 4 above, where a new affiliate registers for the Affiliate Program for the first time via the Tracking Links (a “Sub-Affiliate) you will be entitled to a payment equivalent to the percentage notified to you via the Affiliate Program Site, of any payments made to such Sub-Affiliate under its affiliate agreement with Luckiest Partners.
Sub-Affiliates. 6.1 Sub-Affiliate is an affiliate referred to the Company by you who holds the same qualifying conditions as an Affiliate. All such Sub-Affiliates will be linked to your Affiliate account (and you will be considered as the Master Affiliate) provided that the Sub-Affiliate(s) signs up using one of your Sub-Affiliate referral links. In order to become a Master Affiliate, the Affiliate must submit a request and get approval from the Company, a referral link is then provided to the Master Affiliate.
