Storefront. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, VSTORE will use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to you an online means (the "Administration Tool") to configure and manage a Storefront that will be stored on and operated from the server(s) of VSTORE or its designees. Through the Administration Tool, you will be able to select one or more items or categories of merchandise distributed by VSTORE ("Products") to make available through the Storefront. For each Product listed on the Storefront, VSTORE will display a short description, review, or other reference pertaining to that Product, as well as pricing, shipping, and other information. VSTORE will be responsible for the content, style, and placement of these references, and will provide a special link from each such reference to the corresponding VSTORE online catalog entry. Each link will connect directly to a single item in our online catalog using a special link format that we provide.
Storefront. The teacher working at a Storefront School shall receive an allowance equal to that of a Head Teacher.
Storefront. If the Premises includes storefront glass entrances or walls at or near public spaces in the Building, Tenant must have specific approval by Landlord of all colors and materials for floorcovering, wallcovering, furniture, open landscape partitions, and artwork prior to installation.
Storefront. With Landlord's prior written permission, changes to Landlord furnished interior and exterior storefront including but not limited to additional doors and relocation of doors.
Storefront. Tenant's storefront shall be designed and constructed by Landlord as provided in Exhibit C and as described in the Tenant Handbook.
Storefront a. Landlord shall provide an aluminum and glass storefront system with two (2) 3’-0” x 7’-0” entry door and code compliant hardware as designated by the Landlord.
Storefront. Landlord's standard storefront for the Premises including bulkhead, demising piers, signage blade and related lighting, and flooring up to Tenant's storefront enclosure, as shown in Landlord's Design Criteria Manual.
Storefront. Glass sliding or swinging doors, display window(s) and finishes in accordance with Landlord's Design Criteria.
Storefront. Landlord shall provide the opening(s) for Tenant's storefront.
Storefront. Tenant shall construct the Storefront for the Premises ("Storefront") in accordance with the Storefront Criteria set forth in the Tenant Criteria.
