Statutory Authorization. This Agreement is made pursuant to and in accordance with SB 1882, which allows school districts to partner with either an open-enrollment charter school or other eligible entity to operate a district campus, including an in-district charter as in this Agreement.

Statutory Authorization. As specified in 18A:6-1, a teacher may, within the scope of his/her employment, use and apply such amount of force is reasonable and necessary to quell a disturbance threatening physical injury to others; to obtain possession of weapons or other dangerous objects upon the person or within the control of the pupil; for the purpose of self-defense; and for the protection of persons or property.
