STATE LICENSE Sample Clauses
The STATE LICENSE clause establishes the requirement for a party to obtain and maintain any necessary state-issued licenses or permits relevant to the agreement. In practice, this means that if the activities covered by the contract are regulated by state law, the responsible party must ensure they are properly licensed before performing those activities, such as operating a business, providing professional services, or selling regulated products. This clause ensures legal compliance and helps prevent disruptions or penalties that could arise from unlicensed operations.
