Common use of STATE HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

STATE HOLIDAYS. The state holidays observed are maintained by the State Auditor’s Office and may be accessed at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/Holidays. HHSC does not specifically require services to be performed on these holidays. To fulfill the required services, as applicable, the Contractor may perform the services on a holiday observed by HHS at NO additional expense to the HHS Agency. Performance of services on a state holiday requested by HHSC will be performed and invoiced at the Contract rate for Outside Regular Hours.
