Standard Charges. Attached hereto as Schedule 1 are the standard commissions, charges, fees and expenses of our banks (including our standard processing charge per item) as of the date hereof, which Schedule may be amended from time to time upon written notice to you.
Standard Charges. The standard charges for the Odoo Enterprise subscription and the Services are based on the number of Users and the Subscription Plan used by the Customer, and specified in writing at the conclusion of the Agreement. When during the Term, the Customer has more Users or uses features that require another Subscription Plan than specified at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay an extra fee equivalent to the applicable list price (at the time of the deviation from the specified number of Users or Subscription Plan) for the additional Users or the required Subscription Plan, for the remainder of the Term. In addition, services for Covered Extra Modules are charged based on the number of lines of code in these modules. When the Customer opts for the maintenance of Covered Extra Modules, the charge is a monthly fee per 100 lines of code (rounded up to the next hundred), as specified in writing at the conclusion of the Agreement. Lines of code will be counted with the cloc command of the Software, and include all text lines in the source code of those modules, regardless of the programming language (Python, Javascript, XML, etc.), excluding blank lines, comment lines and files that are not loaded when installing or executing the Software. When the Customer requests an upgrade, for each Covered Extra Module that has not been covered by a maintenance fee for the last 12 months, Odoo SA may charge a one-time extra fee for each missing month of coverage.

The standard charges for the ReoSuite Cloud subscription and the Services are based on the number of Users and the installed Apps used by the Customer, and specified in writing at the conclusion of the Agreement. When during the Term, the Customer has more Users or more installed Apps than specified at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay an extra fee equivalent to the applicable list price (at the beginning of the Term) for the additional Users or Apps, for the remainder of the Term.
Standard Charges. We have a sliding scale to cover room/resource hire and wear and tear as follows: Tier A (non-profit, charity, volunteers, general public, and people working directly with individuals) Free Tier B (commercial and statutory agencies) Standard rooms: £10 per hour; £30 half day (9-1; 1-5); £50 full day (9-5) 2 large day rooms: £15 per hour; £45 half day (9-1; 1-5); £75 full day (9-5)
Standard Charges. Subject to Section 11.9 hereof, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Lender for the sole account of the Issuing Bank issuing a Letter of Credit the standard charges assessed by such Issuing Bank in connection with the administration (including any drawings) and amendment of Letters of Credit.

The pricing details are mentioned in the pricing page on: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxx.xxx. When during the Term, the Customer has more Invoices and/or Users than specified at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, the Customer agrees to pay an extra fee equivalent to the applicable list price. When the Customer requests an extra services or extra developments not provided or mentioned at the beginning of the agreement, then ARMS IT may charge an extra fee according to the new services.
Standard Charges. All requests for work will be quoted for at our hourly rate of between £60 - £120 per hour depending on services required. If you want to introduce new material in the form of extra pages, additional copy, or more information than is already submitted this will be charged at our standard rate.
Standard Charges. The following early termination charges only apply to standard passenger motor vehicles and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes ordered through lot 1 and lot 3. All other charges apply to all vehicles ordered through lots 1, 2 and 3 apart from the excess/under mileage charge which only applies to vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes ordered through lots 1 and 3. All of the standard charges are fixed and firm for the duration of the framework agreement. Standard Charges. In the absence of agreed rates our standard rate of $200 per hour, billed in quarter- hour increments will apply.
